Stay far away from this place. The food is horrible, but the service is even worse. This may sound trivial to some people, but I am handicapped, and I asked them not to cut my sandwich in half because I was feeding a little to a child; well, the sandwich came back cut. I called and told him to come to get it. I cannot hold it with my hand. They told me somebody would come up nobody did; the next day, I called them. I spoke to the manager, and he told me somebody would be up that day; nobody showed up again. I called at 4:00 they finally gave me a refund but not and told me again somebody would come to get it, and nobody showed. The worst part was they had an attitude, and they were irritated. If they treat someone with a disability like mine, can you imagine how they would treat you if you had a problem?

Absolute worst service ever!!!! Ordered food at 2:15 pm and didn’t receive it until 4pm. Called them twice to find out when my food would arrive and was told speak to the owner about a refund since he would be delivering the food. When the owner arrived, he gave my food to someone else and took off quickly. Spent $50 for two subs, a large pizza, tip up front for the driver and lousy service!

Every time I go to the Pizza Palace, everyone is full of smiles because they know that they will not have to cook their own dinner that night, and it literally makes you feel like you are in a palace. My friend from a nearby W town recommended this place to me. 10/10 would definitely recommend, especially with their new sauce!

I ordered the same pizza before but I picked it up and looked amazing and taste amazing. This time I got it delivered to my home and the pizza took over an hour. And it was barely cut and pizza was cold when it got dropped off. Not sure if I will order from them again.
