We dined in Saturday 4/29/23 at 6:30pm. There was only one waitress for a full dining room so the service was obviously terrible. The way the round dining room is designed it’s INCREDIBLY loud in there. We also think the cheese for breadsticks should be served hot instead of cold. Our breadsticks themselves were cold in the middle. When our pizza finally came it was basically dry. There was no sauce on it and hardly any cheese.

Always a good experience in all the years going there. Usually only get pizzas, from time to time I’ll get sandwiches. Their buffet is the best in town for how much you pay. Kind kids working there. Never out of place or inappropriate. Good service by all. Must have good management but can’t say from experience only by the fruit of the crop. Will always come back.

We were traveling with a group of students from Minnesota to Tennessee and had a stop in Seymour. The Pizza Palance did an amazing job providing for our large group on the holiday weekend. Pizza was delivered to our hotel and set up for us. They accomodated our dietary restrictions. Manager Patty was wonderful to work with. Thanks for feeding our hungry bunch. Pizza was delicious. I highly recommend the veggie.

Only reason service is ever poor is lack of help and the sports crowd on weekends. Some family’s are great others just let the kids run wild even with cleats on. This is a local family owned business and that’s what we love

Pizza is alright, but the taste isn’t there. It’s bland and has an aftertaste. Breadsticks are alright but were bland too. Price is high but the pizza taste cheap. Pizza King in North Vernon or BiBops in Madison is way better than this place. Shoot Pizza Hut is cheaper and better.

Very rude on the phone, I am not from around here. I’m from Lafayette, Indiana and I’m a truck driver. I’m looking for some good food. I asked do y’all deliver to Austin? They said no, we don’t and started to laugh I am not from this area. I do not know I am a truck driver with no drive time but why laugh at someone when they’re just asking a question?
