I’m always slightly disappointed when I order takeaway and my favorite employee isn’t there. Don’t remember her name but she is always awesome and hilarious! The pizza has never let me down thus far, the spinach and feta rolls are the best around! The ranch is fantastic it’s a great day to order from Pizza Palermo!

The fish hoagie was just OK. I didn’t think it was fair charging me $17 and some change for a small peice of fish that wasn’t long enough to cover both ends of the bread, which was soggy from the lettuce, tomatoes and onions that looked and tasted like they were on death row.

Food was very good. They offer a free appetizer when you sign up for their rewards program. They also offer free breadsticks (which are delish) with $20 online orders. I will say they can work on acknowledging customers when they come in. Each time we were there no one spoke or acknowledged us until we went up to order. Other than that, service, food etc was really good.

First time ordering from this place & the LAST! I ordered a large pepperoni & sausage pizza for delivery. Pizza came it was not hot AT ALL! The slices were huge because it was cut in 8 slices instead of 12! The sausage was not cooked on the pizza it was just sprinkled on top. Honestly I think they gave me a pepperoni pizza that was already made & just threw sausage on top! Ridiculous! & it wasn’t good. I ate 2 slices & threw the rest in the trash! Will not spend my money here again

I ordered a spinach & chicken pizza. I went last night to pick it up & it had bacon on it. I don’t eat meat and I tried to explain that to the man and woman at the counter but they argued with me telling me that is how their pizza comes. After going back & forth for 10 minutes. I left unsatisfied hungry & disappointed. I will jever return. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a special hoagie with only cappiacola. I was looking at the menu that showed a sandwich with plenty of meat and toppings. When I got my order I was amazed. Where’s the meat. The buns were smashed down like Flatbread. I got ripped off at the cost of $17.11. Also I didn’t get the cheese I ordered. Once bitten twice shy.

I ordered a large vegetable pizza from this place. The veggies on the pizza were not baked properly. Pizza was so much loaded with cheese that it spoiled the taste further. The taste of bread was below average. I couldn’t eat more than a slice of it. Won’t recommend this place to anyone unless someone is really fond of average tasting cheese.
