Stopped in for a slice while shopping in that plaza. Amazingly surprised to find this small dive serves really good pizza. Brought my sister in days later for a quick bite, raving to her how good the pizza is. Needless to say, she is now hooked on the pizza and going forward will be ordering from them instead of pizza village. She lives right down the road and never knew it was there. Small, not much to look at, but darn good pizza.

Very good pizza and subs. Would suggest a revised version of spinach salad: nix rr peppers– instead: sliced mushrooms, crispy prosciutto, a little onion, shaved parm en lieu of gorg, and croutons…? Just an idea. Very nice food overall and good value.

rotten chicken soup is what was served.. you can taste the chicken had a spoiled flavor.. I took it back and the girl looked at me like she knew it was spoiled meat.. she didn’t know what to say, didn’t even offer my money back. Unbelievable

Pizza Phil makes excellent pizza as well as meatballs and spinach with garlic. I ordered 2 pies today, one plain and one with sausage, peppers and garlic. Both were pizza perfection. Crisp chewy crust, the right amount of tasty sauce and cheese, well balanced and correct size toppings. Both are what you expect from a good local pizza place. The meatballs are delicious, tender, meaty flavorful with a great sauce. Spinach with garlic was done just right. This is my go to spot for pizza now. Thanks Phil and staff!

If you’re traveling and looking for a place to eat skip this place! Shame on me but I ordered twice from this place in one week and both times they screwed up…. the first time the driver dropped the buffalo wing sauce I ordered all over the plates cups and napkins, forgot the water I ordered and the pizza was a mess inside… and the second time again they screwed up and forgot my drinks, no plates, no spoons and no forks…. So just skip this place.

The pizza was regular. Anyone could’ve made it from home. My biggest problem is feeling like the staff and customers were racist. As soon as walked in, workers looked at us like we had 5 heads. The guys behind the counter seemed to have gotten irritated when I asked a simple question about the pizza, and I was pregnant with special dietary restrictions.

Tried pizza Phil when I had to do laundry let at the terrible laundromat next door. The reviews looked good so I tried it. It has consistently been the best pizza I’ve found in the Hudson valley. It’s the standard by which I measure now.
