first and foremost, if I could give them zero stars, I would. we ordered at 6:23 and it’s 7:53 by the time it got here. The pizza was cold, the dessert pizza is tough and chewy because it’s also cold, and the Pepsi was lukewarm. We also ordered white garlic sauce that is no where to be found.

What can I say , it’s a good place to grab a couple lunch slices of pizza & and a pop. The lunch specials still are a great value. Atmosphere is that of a delivery type business, which is no problem, I won’t ding them for that . Good job guys 🙂

For years and years I have been putting “draw a picture in the box” from every pizza place I order from in the special instructions box. No one has done it. Til today!!! Pizza Pipeline you gotta give a raise the the employee that delivered big tonight!!

I usually get dominoes these days cuz it’s cheap. But it was my birthday, and I used to love Pizza Pipeline. I ordered an x-large pizza online, opted for contactless delivery, and left instructions(up the driveway, table outside door, ring doorbell). 2 hours later I call to see if it’s still coming. They tell me it’s been delivered, an hour ago. We eventually realize it’s on the ground outside a door we don’t use with a broken doorbell, very cold. Would I like a new one tonight or a credit for it later? I’m tired, I take the credit. 3 hours later, I’m in bed, and a delivery guy calls and says he’s outside with my pizza and no one is answering the door. I’m confused but I get up to answer the door and we eventually work out that he is at a whole other address that they attached my phone number to. I don’t blame the delivery guy. 1 week later I call to claim my fresh hot pizza, and add some tricky stix and try my first “sweetza”. Almost 2 hours later, they call me and ask if I ordered for delivery because they had labelled it carry out and it was just sitting around all this time. Would I like them to REMAKE it and send it out? YES PLEASE. 15 minutes later, it was at my door. Sad and shriveled and far from fresh. Very disappointing. I don’t think I will order from them again.

Miss the 1$ slices! ‘lunch special’ is $5 for two slices and a 24oz fountain drink (before 4pm). If you get lucky and the slices are fresh, they are delicious. If they’ve been sitting for awhile they are not so great. They have a wide array of other food like chicken wings, sandwiches, etc. Dessert sticks with cinnamon & icing are $9 for 10 sticks and pretty tasty. Everything is cooked to order except the ready-to-serve slices available until 4pm.

1 star would be if there were rats running on the counter. 2 slices/soda $5. 2 slices do not even add up to one normal slice. Out of diet Pepsi, counter with toppings was a disaster never cleaned even though there’s no one in here?? Flies ,most likely some covid. When I asked for the 2 slice deal she went to the box on top of oven that’s been sitting there how many days and offered me the leftover choices. This is pie shaped ellios frozen pizza, it even has the little dimples on the bottom of the crust from the conveyer belt. Unless you were born in a cave this is not pizza place pizza, it’s defrosted Di’Giorno frozen pizza from Walmart.

Over-priced mediocre pizza. $40(including a ~$4.50 tip) delivery got me a sad looking little pizza. Crust was stiff and cardboard-esque, the amount of chicken was abysmal… For a $28+ large, the portion could be a lot better.
