What an incredible experience. I was in a pinch and needed an absurd amount of colossus pizzas for 150 students in a rural school district. Todd and his staff were incredible and so kind. Not only did they personally offer to show up early to get this order complete, but they also delivered it to us on short notice. I was just absolutely blown away with the incredible customer service from Todd and Scott. What a truly wonderful experience. I will absolutely be using them again for future events. Great team, great service, and great pizza!

Today around 7:45pm called the place and the Manager seems well aware of the insect problem at this location… it was disgusting to see after taking a few bites that the pizza we doordashed was covered in ants. The manager said they can’t do anything about it cause then the employees would hit over time and it cost to much to hire a exterminator… after explaining she isn’t concerned and being very rude it was clear she was well aware of the insect problem but did not seem to care to fix it she hung up on us. !!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! If I could put negative stars I would.

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. We live about 30 minutes away from pizza pipeline so I picked up on the way home. Then got home and realized what one of our pizzas looked like. Let’s just say I could have bought frozen pizza that would have looked better. It’s a cheese pizza for my kids.

Excellent gluten free pizza. Love their cheese and most of their toppings. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years at the northside location. There has been some mishaps, but more often then not they get it right and its an excellent pizza! I’ve never been sick (gluten intolerance) from this store/pizza chain.

We ordered online from pizza pipeline a few hours in advance so we could go out and the pizza would just come for the babysitter. We got a call from the sitter that only 2/4 items had been delivered and the cheese pizza was burnt so bad our kids refused to eat it. I called the store just to be disappointed again as the customer service was terrible and they refused to give me a time where they could complete our order. The babysitter ended up having to cook something else for the kids. This was the worst service I have ever seen in a delivery.

It took them over an hour to make a pizza and it was still wrong. Almost no cheese on it, which made it absolutely disgusting and had to be thrown away. The staff never seems to have a grip on the workload. Poorly managed, owned and operated. Worst location in Spokane!

I bit into my Italian sub and there was a foil wrapper in it. Im outraged, that could’ve cut my mouth up. The pizza wasn’t cooked at all, it was basically raw. Never ordering this again.

I was there to pick up a doordash order for someone and they didnt see the order until i walked in the door. It was a busy night during the peak of dinner rush so they said was going to be at least 20 minutes before it would be done. I was not too happy about that because time is money in this gig. I waited patiently,was rewarded generously with a complimentary lr 3 topping pizza coupon for making me wait. That made me very happy!! The manager went out of her way to appease the situation proactively which only makes our interactions going forward more more enjoyable!!
