Been looking for a good pizza spot in Federal Way. Saw some recommendations for this one, decided to give it a try. Really good! Prices weren’t super-cheap, but not overly expensive either. Crust was great, toppings were well proportioned, and you get a lot of pizza for your money. Not a big place, and no indoor dining, so basically it’s just for delivery or take-out, but it was quite good and a solid value for the money. Will definitely be back.

I think the 1 star for bad service is a bit overkill from some of these reviews. The pizza quality and taste is by far the best in the area and they have been around for many years. If you are looking for solid pizza in the area I highly recommend Pizza Pizazz, not sure service really matters for pizza when you are just picking it up. It is not a dine in place as there are not many tables, and its pizza… take it home, watch the game and enjoy some bomb pizza.

Its either a bullseye or a complete misfire here. Most times the pizza is amazing but a few times, including today the pizza was super undercooked. We ordered through doordash, so the manager kept saying that he’s sure the pizza wasnt undercooked. I took pictures of super slippery, nasty cold dough but nobody ever answered if there was a number or something i could text the pictures to. Its obvious that the pizza was slid deep into the conveyor belt and didnt bake its full time. After attempting everything with the manager, his only response was to take it up with door dash and get a refund from them. I dont want a refund, i want good pizza tonight 🙁 How is raw pizza door dashs fault? Added one star for a great pizza recently 😉

Amazing pizza, not the customer service. I called in to order pizza while my buddies were in town. Called well over an hour before close, and I have a card on file with them that I wanted to pay for the pizza. After having me read it twice, which I never had to do prior, they told me it didn’t work, we used my buddies card and he said that didn’t work either. Both cards were active so we assumed it was a card issue, we even offered to go pick up and use cash, and he finally relented and said that was okay. I asked for his name to thank him for the help and he tells me he’s not at liberty to tell me. I asked him if I did anything to upset him and he gives me tons of attitude. Best pizza in town but won’t be going back for that reason.

The food was fantastic!! Good service and very reasonable price. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is that I saw a guy who was making pizzas with his bare hands no gloves etc. and the worst thing he was wearing bracelets etc. on his wrist hanging out touching the pizza dough!!

Enough parking space, but i went there when dine in is not available.The pizza i got there are chicken bbq and a vegetarian pizza, Like they are the bomb ❤️. I recommend this place for fast food pizza. They ate delish and soft and chewy and so enough good cheese.

I might be biased, but I have loved Pizza Pizazz since I was a little girl and it is still hands down my favorite pizza restaurant. This has been the main (and possibly only) pizza place my parents would get precooked pizza from growing up. Pizza Pizazz is the pizza I think of and crave for movie nights, fun weekends, parties, or date night at home.

We usually have no complaints. Im sure they were busy because our pizza came like this!!! Ill be calling tomorrow to get a refund. Super hot day where no one wants to cook. I get it… but dont rush. Cause an accident because you beed to be off at closing!

In my opinion, they have the best pizza in Federal Way. My favorite is their chicken barbaque pizza. Their meatball subs are pretty tasty, too. Anytime I’m in the mood for pizza, this is where I go.
