This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered the Unusual Pizza and the homemade chips. The chips started off ok, crispy and warm. But as i worked my way into them they were just all soggy. I pulled them out to let them catch some air but it didn’t seem to help. The pizza had some good flavor but was one of the droopiest crusts I have ever eaten. Toppings kept falling off as it was picked up. It was ok pretty doughy, no crispness at all. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 5.8.

I ordered on the app came home and realized my cheese burger was made plain. Thats fine I called back and the owner told me he was having problems with the app and would send me my food. The delivery driver who was kind came 1 hr after i placed the original order and only came with a box of veggies. By this point my burgers cold. I drove back and requested a refund which the owner proceeded to argue with me. It was well over an hr since i ordered food, I do not want to wait another 20 minutes. Its 8 pm by this point and my family already ate. With the refund he gave me $13 which was short, but I just left. Plainfield has a number of great restaurants with great customer service, but sadly this isnt one of them.

Overpriced undercooked half cheese off the pizza. Somehow I paid $20 for two topping extra cheese. When a house five topping comes to 15 75 plus tax makes no sense. Manager barely spoke English couldn’t give me a straight answer. On top of a $2 delivery fee for less than a mile away Will not be ordering again Do not order from here

Food is good and the delivery drivers have all been so fantastic! They are professional and just so kind (despite sometimes being greeted first by chickens, or my dog). I’m so glad I was able to find a great place to deliver when I moved out here. Thank you to all the staff of pizza pizzazz!

I ordered delivery, they said 45 min. Over an hour later our food came. We got some burgers. Clearly frozen burgers (Nothing wrong with a frozen burger if it’s cooked properly and maybe seasoned and not cost an arm and a leg) that were so rubbery and cold. Fries were soggy and cold. I had figured I’d give them another try because prior we had ordered pizzas from there and they weren’t cooked all the way and were doughy. I kept giving them a shot thinking that, ya know things happen. And each time they failed me. Prices are steep for a frozen patty that’s rubbery and not an ounce of flavor and is ice cold. I could’ve cooked one of those myself! This is my last straw with them and won’t be ordering from there again.

My wife and I order from here all the time. The people who deliver are polite and professional, and in the event that there is an issue with the order(A rarity over the 5+ years I’ve ordered from them), they fix it.
