Made it a point to stop here on the way back from a road trip back to Dallas. This pizza reminded us of the pizza of our childhood. Reminiscent of Mr. Gatti’s or Mr. Jim’s. Very good pizza and cute vintage like atmosphere. So excited my daughter is moving here to go to school soon. Will be stopping in!

We’ve been coming here for decades while passing through, and the pizza has never disappointed. It’s very similar to Mr. Gatti’s, and there’s probably a story behind that. Still the best pizza in the area in our opinion.

Whip and Ride
Ever since the pizza place was taken over by new ownership, and moved where cold smoke is, the pizza is as good as you can get in Stephenville Texas. When it was on Harbin Drive, I had to quit going. Service was horrible, the pizza was horrible, but now it’s completely turned around.

Called to place a take out order at 7:40pm and I am told they’ve already stopped taking orders. Why are your hours listed till 8pm if your staff is choosing to cut out early? Dishonest business practice and really frustrating given how much I have eaten there over the years.

Pizza was. Horrible.i called at 10:45 and they wouldn’t take my order.yes I know they don’t open until 11:00 put I know they don’t get there at 11:00 because it takes awhile for the ovens to warm up.called back at 11:58 wouldn’t answer the phone.finally at 11:00 they answered the phone.i know they can take the order early and have it ready in 15-20 mins

I ordered a sampler pizza which is almost like a supreme pizza with everything on it according to them. I didn’t like at all it didn’t have enough cheese it wasn’t cheesy. It had way too much black olives and mushrooms hardly any pepperoni it was dry plain to taste. They could make them a lot better. A Digiorno pizza would of been a hell lot better for a quarter of the price it was over priced as well. Not worth it what a disappointment

Great pizza, salads, pasta and sandwiches! Locally owned and family operated, friendly service too! Great atmosphere for dining in but you can also order takeout or they will deliver! They even have an app for that! 😉 Be sure to check sizes and slice counts if it’s your first time and you’re ordering for a crowd. They aren’t a chain so every pizza is made special, it’s delicious and totally worth the few extra minutes you might wait if they are super busy.
