I used to love ordering from here. But the last couple times the food has been delivered cold. My recent experience is the worst. I ordered pizza and onion rings. My original delivery just sent the pizza. I had to call back 3 times to get my onion rings(yes they are also cold). I would recommend never to order from here. Also, the manager is rude and doesn’t know how to handle his job.

Do not order from here!!! Drivers are rude and when they get your order wrong they don’t fix it. Their driver was so rude to my kids that he made my son cry. If it wasn’t for God calming me….. anyway If you don’t want to deliver in an area because you’re scared then don’t!!!

Alot of people are complaining of delivery now that may be true when it comes to cold food but I’ve only picked up from here and everytime the food is good. Now they have messed up my order by not making it when I called ahead but they always correct it and look out. This is really my goto for only whole wings and subs. There buffalo wings aren’t really worth it but the whole wings and fries best around

Food was late. They called to tell me driver forgot my sub and would have to go back after he dropped my food off. Instead of this , the driver must have went back and got my sub first because all of my food was cold. Atleast make me new fries. But guess customers aren’t a priority there anymore. Before inflation, we are there once a week. Now that money is tight, we would eat there maybe 3 times a month. But not anymore, these problems are happening everytime we order now. So you lost this household as customers.

I placed a order from this sub shop like I’ve been doing for the last eight years. The last couple of years they’ve changed their delivery policy. The driver has the choice to bring it to the door or not. I had to go out to the car and get my order because he said it’s bad around this area. The lady that lives two doors over from me lives in the same block but he took her order up to the door. She’s Spanish.
