anyone who leaves a one star review has never worked in the food industry. I absolutely do not mind if my order is wrong or takes a long time, if that’s your complaint then you should’ve just ate at home. Pizza plus makes better tasting pizza than little Caesars, dominos and papa johns combined. wonderful people and service too! Thank you for the consistent quality thru the years

I called at 5:45 to order 2 med pizzas and 2 salads for my guys for Sunday dinner. I was told salads weren’t available because they had already taken the salad bar down since they closed at 7. I could see taking it down at 6:30 or 6:45 but a whole hour and 15 minutes before closing is a little ridiculous. More importantly, I did not realize they didnt have supreme pizza so I ordered 2 medium supreme pizzas on cauliflower crust. Instead of the girl telling me they didnt have supreme she just added toppings. Accordingly 2 medium pizzas were almost $42. We wont be eating there again anytime soon.

My wife and I have ordered from this location for the last 3 months at least once a week. Every time our order has come out wrong. The website also needs some upgrades as there are not all options at this store. Food is good but its the only positive. Some serious training or something is needed to get this place at least up to what they say they are. I will not waste anymore of my money or time ordering from here again.

8 of 10 orders we have made have been wrong. from the wrong sandwich all together to the wrong toppings or even fries. I get a mistake here and there but not 80% of the time. Furthermore no attempt to correct, remake, refund, discount, or credit us has ever been made either. So today was our last order w this place. contacted corp as well. I’ve been managing restaurants 15 years and I know how situations like ours should be handled and this location could care less so cool np I’ll be spending elsewhere…

Our pizza was delicious but we didn’t have much service. I started to question if we even had a waitress. She never asked if we need more to drink or even checked on us, just came up after a while and asked if we needed box. I guess I would be less critical if we weren’t the only people in there.
