I love Pizza Plus where I live but not this one in Mountain City. I ordered the Taco pizza, it’s supposed to have refried beans on it which the ingredients on the menu clearly says but it did not come with it. I told my waitress, her response was they don’t do refried beans at this location and instead put some kind of red sauce on it but it wasn’t pizza sauce. I wasn’t happy and the pizza didn’t taste good so I didn’t eat it, She didn’t care and wasn’t willing to make me another pizza. I won’t be coming back and I will tell as many as I can to stay away from that location.

I called into the pizza plus around 6:55 pm On 2/22/2023. I ordered wings and a salad. When I arrived at 7:15 pm They had already taken down the salad bar i asked about it and the lady just said well we were out of so much we took it down . They asked if I wanted to get something else or just take it off the ticket. I said take it off the ticket.

I have always gotten great pizza here. They also offer salad, cheese stix, spaghetti and lasagna. They have an all you can eat pizza and salad bar 11-2. They offer soft serve ice cream. They have a room to reserve (for a fee) for parties. Eat-n, Carry-out or delivery…never a problem. clean restrooms. plenty of parking. Right off of S.Shady Street/HWY 421 (easy access).

Medium fare pizza. Salads and spaghetti are the best items. My main issue is that I’ve ordered extra cheese on the pizza like 5 times. Only once was it extra. Every other time it’s like very minimal cheese, almost like less than normal and doesn’t even cover the pie. Like I said, salads and spaghetti are OK. Little Caesars is better for pizza. We only order from here if we’re in a bind.

I find myself going here on my lunch break usually at least once or maybe twice a week I normally get the salad bar and every now and then I’ll do the buffet pizza as well. The food is good decent enough. I really do enjoy the salad bar though I feel like it could possibly have a little bit more variety on it. As well as the buffet a little more variety it’s usually dessert pizza cheese sticks and pepperoni. They have asked me before if there’s any special pizzas I would like on the buffet and they were out in a timely manner. No real complaints here the services always friendly I’ll definitely be back at least one to two times a week. I say give it a try I’ve been here for years and they know what they’re doing

Being a former employee, I have horror stories. But I ordered a Medium, Small, and Mini pizza tonight. Was told 30-45 minutes. Wife was on her way home from Boone when I ordered. She beat the driver to our house, and we waited another 20 minutes for them to get here. When the food got here the medium was cold and the crust was way too thin to be considered “pan pizza”. Can not recommend them any longer. Little Caesar’s or bust.
