This is the worst location in the tri cities. Had 3 maybe 4 slices of pizza on the buffet when we came in. Lettuce on the salad bar was so wilted that the soft black olives were crispier. It was a little before 1pm and there were around 15 people in the restaurant waiting to get fresh pizza but it took almost 20 minutes for them to get something out on the buffet line. When they did it was the most pathetic assortment I’ve ever seen. Pepperoni with onion, peperoni with green pepper and something they tried to pass off as Hawaiian style. That pizza was basically crust and some flecks of cheese with 6 pieces of pineapple on it along with maybe a couple miniscule pieces of cubed ham. Maybe help this location by sending in a corporate rep to retrain the basics and make sure they understand that when folks come in for lunch around that timeframe they are most likely taking their lunch for work and don’t have time to wait. Do better

My favorite pizza ever. I have never had a bad experience either. They can be a little expensive but for the quality and quantity you receive it almost pays for itself. Plus i like the family oriented atmosphere.

Always start out with their salad bar featuring a good selection of healthy food as well as comfort food. They keep a nice line of fresh pizzas coming to the buffet. Waitress was very nice and attentive. You sit down and get your food and she brings your drinks. No complained about the price. Dining room is nice, too. Lots of windows.

The salad bar did not have any lettuce. Had to ask for some to be put on the bar. When it was put on the bar the staff then started to fill an order for to go salads. Using most of the lettuce that was put out. I ordered a chicken club they brought it out without the chicken on the sandwich. The staff then brought the chicken out and apologized for not remembering to add the chicken. To staff defense they were not use to serving. My granddaughter ordered a child’s pepperoni pizza. Staff came to check on the table and ask if we needed anything else and I reminded them about the pizza. Again, apologized and she they would bring it out. I ended up walking to the counter and asking if the pizza was done and a different staff said she forgot to cut it then went to cut it and I brought it to my granddaughter. Food was good. Staff was nice but very unorganized.

We stopped by this pizza plus location after our sons T-ball game and was more than pleased. It was a very clean location, the staff were wonderful, and the pizza was made in a timely manner. It was all around a good experience. The staff were all super good with my son. Highly recommended!
