I just want to start this by saying if this was me, I would be ashamed to let this go out of the doors if I worked at this pizza plus…we ordered 3 large chili cheese fries and this is what we got…the fries were not completely done, the cheese was not even melted, and there was about a handful of chili! This was about a waste of money and everybody’s time! We would have rated zero stars but had to at least rate 1 star in order to post!

If negative stars were a thing then I would be giving this store one. They are incompetent, and unreliable. I ordered online over an hour ago.. sent my fiance to get it around the 830 pick up time just for him to spend AN HOUR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. THEY THEN LOST MY ORDER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND GAVE EXCUSES AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. It is now almost 10pm… They did nothing to try to make the situation right. absolutely terrible service, and I will never order from here again nor suggest anyone to that location. get better staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We came in at 8, they close at 10. Apparently they had already tore down the deep fryer, my fries were grilled and half raw. They didn’t bring out my husbands bread sticks until we had finished everything else, and they were doughy, I think the server forgot to put them in until I asked about them. The server acted like she was ticked off that she had to wait on us, she was obviously not the regular waitress, she had our one table and the other waitress had a soccer team and two more tables. This girl made us feel like we shouldn’t have come in. I would not have left a tip, I’ve waited tables for a living and am usually a good tipper, she did not deserve it. I don’t know if she was the owners daughter or relations or what, she had on a tie dye tee instead of the red work shirt. Not a stellar experience will not return.

Next time someone tries to pay take the card instead of slamming the window in their face. Picked up an order for my mom and attempted to hand the card to the woman working the window, and she wouldn’t take it and shut the window. She returned with the pizza and shut the window again so I assumed mom had paid online so I left. My mom got a phone call 4.5 hours later that we took the food and left without paying. Most of the time we love to eat here. For some reason, this particular night, the pizza was extremely greasy and the dessert pizza was not even done. My husband actually tried to put it in our oven to see if that would finish the job, but unfortunately it was just worse! We couldn’t eat it at all so needless to say we wasted our money and haven’t ordered from here since. I hope it was a bad night and the next time we try good from there, I can give them the five star review I would’ve done this time. I really don’t want to even give them three but this is the only time we have had problem so come on guys get it together!!!
