The foods always been good that’s why we return, however everytime we go in, there’s no salad. They claim salad bar is til 9pm I’ve tried changing my times to come in to accommodate their saying ” oh its closed” I’ve come at 8pm, 7pm and now 6pm and surprise surprise they say the closed it early. I guess I just have to broden my choices and find a place with good pizza and salad in Reno and take my events there. Any suggestions?

This was my first time ordering food here. I ordered the #7 at 7pm on a Sunday night and it took an hour and 45min. to arrive and I live a few blocks away. When the food arrived it was cold and the wings were dry like if they sat under the heat lamp all day, on top of being dry they were tasteless maybe half of them actually had the garlic parmesan on them, steak fries were soggy and undercooked. Yuck! Pizza was cold and also tasted bad. ONLY good thing was the fried zucchini and carrot sticks. I basically spent $55 for food that went to the trash.

Subpar by far. I don’t know what pizza the good reviewers had, but I definitely didn’t have that experience. The pizza was burnt, wings barely had sauce (we had to jazz them up and re-cooked them) and the veggies seemed old and was only given a few pieces. The ranch wasn’t that great either. I WILL NEVER go to this place ever in life. I went to the one on Oddie. Waste of money! Yuck! The customer service sucked!

Here’s the deal, l have been going here 33 years . l called the day before to order pizza and wings.They said it will be ready at 2:15 when l got there at 2:15 it wasn’t started.l waited one hour at 2:40 the pizza was ready left under the lights but not the wings. I got home had part of the order .Correct amounts not correct items.Friendly people. Super super busy but old pizza and cold wings suck. Hope they reach out and make my order right.

I don’t even know where to begin…Maybe if they would stop hiring middle school kids then one day, maybe..I wouldn’t have to come back because they screwed up my order…EVERY SINGLE TIME, and the manager is dismissive aswell, why would u get an attitude because a mistake was made by YOUR TEAM? Smh the pizza is subpar the wings taste frozen…and custom service is HORRIBLE!!!!

Food tasted like it had just been sitting there, fries were super soggy and gross from too much garlic parm. The chicken was okay but barely warm. I don’t live far from the Pizza Plus either so that’s not an excuse. Terrible quality

Called in a order as soon as they opened super bowl Sunday to ensure I could secure a full bucket of wings. I went to pick up at my scheduled pick up time, and had to wait for them to “find” my order. After a long wait I had to question what was taking so long. Again I was told they are “finding” my order. I was questioned about my pick up time like it was my fault the order was lost. After giving them even more time to “find” my order I complain that I don’t want to wait for them to find food that will not be fresh after taking so long to “find” my order, again the server tells me to hold on because they are finding it. After my third and final attempt they appeared with my order. I don’t know whether it was fresh, lost somewhere, made fresh even though I called ahead, or what happened. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I was in correct to pick up an order I called ahead for a scheduled time, I’ts not my fault my order was lost. The only reason for 2 stars is because the wings were decent.
