I have no clue why we keep trying this place but they never fail to disappoint. Our family keeps wanting to like Pizza Primo even though forgotten items and mistaken toppings is the norm. This time it was the falsely advertised photo of Oreo Pizza vs what we got which was a solid L and I am pretty sure we can all agree it is nothing like what is pictured…lol

Walked in and instantly was greeted by the staff. Great prices, and asked us right away what pizza we like so they could put it freshly on the buffet. Ranch was definitely the best! Even made us a fresh dessert pizza. Very happy as we had drove 10 hours before stopping there, then 2.5 hours home after. Would definitely drive the 2 and half hours just to take my family there to see how good it was.

Clean, friendly, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Great food!! The salad bar was clean the pizzas on the buffet were hot and fresh. Any pizza you can think of THEY CAN MAKE IT!! Definitely worth the money! I was in for lunch and it was $12.00 for me. About the price of one of their gourmet pizzas. But you get to eat and try many pizzas and an unlimited drink fountain!!!! I will most certainly be back!!

My kids used to love coming here. They would walk from the apartment to go eat at the buffet. It was okay. I remember more sauce. I feel that they put a dime size dollop and spread it about which seems sauceless. Made everything dry. If it had more sauce it would not have tasted like cardboard

For a buffet I was really surprised that it was decent pizza the staff kept up with the amount of people there and nobody was waiting for more to come out! When we arrived they asked us if there was anything specific we wanted as far as pizza being served! My kids keep bugging me on when we are going back we will definitely be returning to Pizza Primo in the near future!

Tired a new place, new to the area. Took 25 minutes longer then what they said it would be for delivery which was already 60 minutes ( I understand some with the world we live in currently- finding employees are hard) but the containers our food came in were smashed and the boneless wings I ordered, the breading was soggy because how long the delivery took. If I ever order from there again ( but not likely, sorry) I will just go pick up myself. The quality of food was just ok and was more a waste of money because no one in my house even ate what I order because of the quality. I didn’t even eat my Chicago style pizza bc the pizza was soggy as well. I had to use my air fryer to freshen up the chicken to get it crispy.

Went there on a Friday at 8:10 pm (they are open until 11pm) we were told the dinning room closes at 8:00. The was no customers there. I said ok, went back to the car and called the other couples that were meeting us and told them to go next door to the Mexican restaurant. They were glad to take our money.
