This Pizza Ranch is AMAZING!!! Salad bar is so good, lots of different salad dressings and fresh peas! The potato wedges and chicken were delicious and hot! They have twist ice cream!!!! We got a Mac and cheese pizza and a pepperoni out of the 2 the pepperoni was better if you like tasteless pepperoni pizza the Mac and cheese one doesn’t even taste like it had cheese on it it taste like pizza crust and nuked noodles.

I haven’t ate here in years and this was the first time eating at this busy location. The food was great, but the customer service was a little disappointing. The employee walked off before the transaction was even completed. I ended having to reach over the counter to get my own receipt. I also felt like the prices were a little high too.

The food isn’t the problem… Dawn is! Every time we’ve been here and had to deal with her, she’s is extremely rude and gives an attitude, even rolling her eyes at you for any and everything. They either need to get rid of her or teach her some proper customer service!

The food was bad, we were rushed to eat, the manager told a customer sitting behind us that they are not making more food, as they will close in 45 min. The atmosphere was horrible, the manager was horrible and service was VERY poor. I will NEVER return to this one again. My son waited at the counter for 10 min for a cup, Manger was standing right there on the phone, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Also there was barley any food at buffet and when u asked for food the manager response was they close soon.

I have always enjoyed this place. I like the pizza, mashed potatoes and chicken. I almost exclusively get those items here. Hard to go wrong with comfort food. If you are only getting one plate it isn’t worth the price, but it always ends up being my lunch/supper combo. If you want something specific, speak up and ask for it, they’ll get it for you.
