First, we order a family combo meal which included a pizza, potatoes, GRAVY, chicken, and cactus bread. We get our food, with no gravy. We ask for our gravy and they told us they don’t have any, which they could have done when we ordered, a took the small amount off beings we weren’t getting the full meal we ordered. Doesn’t end there, the lady working the register told us we weren’t missing out because the gravy was disgusting. THEN. We came to find out that our potatoes were cold. Not luke warm kind of cold, literally cold to the touch. We hate to complain but we would like our food hot, so we let them know. We then hear the younger girl, who was working the register, yell loud enough the whole restaurant could hear, to “take them out, mix them up, and put them back in there”. Well, at least she said please. We had family in town, thinking this would be a fun place to go grab and bite to eat and visit. Unfortunately we were all a bit disappointed.

The chicken and biscuits were overcooked and the biscuits weren’t fresh at all. After waiting 40 minutes and arriving at the time told, it was once again disappointing. The mashed potatoes and gravy were both good but definitely not hot. Clearly not a place to eat as it wasn’t even busy but even the inside was a mess.

Good food… just wish that when we came in for lunch buffet it would be already out instead of having to wait for 15-20 minutes to eat. Came in today at 11:15 and only salad and cheese sticks were out. When we come in for lunch we dont have that long to wait just to start eating.

This is a pretty good Pizza Ranch! I even has an arcade! I went here for lunch, and it was probably the busiest Pizza Ranch I’ve been to in my entire life, and the chicken legs were so hot they probably could’ve burned off my teeth! Other than that, it was darn good!
