Gets busy! Pizza was kept fresh and rotated, along with all of the other food. Service was good! Had a busser who made sure tables were clear. You can request a pizza to be brought to your table. Arcade was fun, but small. Only 1 game wasn’t working.

Hardly any food on the buffet, the little bit that was there looked dried out and old. The place was filthy and there was not very many people in the restaurant. The kids working were just screwing around and could acted like they didnt want to be there. Manager was rude to customers and staff. This place is not good. Definetly skip it and go somewhere else.

Last trip not one of their better visits. It was near closing time, roughly 35 minutes till, I understand that. Only wanted a single topping pizza, the girl taking our order was visibly disappointed that we were there. 20 min wait and it was realized they forgot to put our pizza in, offered us too go buffet that was mostly tore down. Again disappointed when we wanted our pizza. Pizza was delivered in a carry out box for dine in. Did not have good flavor.

Planned a very short notice birthday party for my niece and nephew while in North Liberty visiting from Texas. Pizza Ranch was SO accommodating! Bruce was so kind to us, allowed us to have cake and ice cream (even kept our ice cream cake in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt). Bruce made us our fav pizzas to put on the buffet. He was so so great! We (I think more so the adults) enjoyed the game area! Staff was so patient as my niece and nephew took their sweet time picking out their prizes! Thank you again, Bruce and staff!

We normally enjoy our Pizza Ranch, but last night was the worst. Hardly any food available. We felt bad for the cashier. He was trying his best, and they were clearly shorthanded. Food wasn’t being replentished, no pizza, people had to ask for silverware that was empty. Somebody should have been helping this poor guy out.

My family and I have been to this location a few times, but the last visit left not only me,but others absolutely DISGUSTED. On a Saturday night, with no more than 3 families ranging from 3-5 people, yeah that’s it,the buffet was pathetic. It started with the “manager” berating a trainee that was putting in our request for buffet because she didn’t know how to do it. Not ok. Then, him along with FOUR other employees putting her down and making fun of her in the buffet area where everyone can hear instead of making food. The buffet consisted of 4 pizzas,2 pepperoni, obviously been sitting there,no deserts,no chicken, nothing to serve. Employees were standing there, running their mouths instead of their jobs. The family near us got fed up and demanded a refund to which the manager refused but eventually gave, needless to say, nobody ate. I got fed up and took my kids to the fun zone. For what I spent and what others have, not worth it. The conduct and attitude of the manager and employees made me sick. My husband and I used to work at a pizza ranch and that is definitely not how you run a buffet or how to present yourself at a business.

Buffet style eating. Pizza made fresh but get hard fast. Other food seems good. Has a game room as well.

Great service and clean restaurant! As soon as we thought the buffet was getting low on food, it was filled right away with a variety of pizzas. Definitely the best Pizza Ranch my husband and I have been to!

Took the kids to north liberty location Pizza Ranch and the service was terrible. We requested a pizza that we never recieved after asking for it several times and the pizza buffet did not have much of any variety for kids to eat. I asked one of the employee’s and he mentoned that the oven was slow. Theyre were no dessert pizza neither. This all took place on 3/22/23 at 6:15 PM till 7:30 PM. This is not the first time I experience this type of service.

We originally went to only eat before heading towards our homes. We had a busy afternoon at my Nephew’s Birthday Party. However, my boyfriend and I decided to have some fun and play some games after we ate. It was such a great time! We had so much fun racing each other in MarioCart. I Won that one. We had fun playing skee ball and wack a clown. Lol. Then we let the kids side out and exchanged winning tickets for some cute little prizes. Not only were the games fun, but the staff was also super, super nice! The buffet was also delicious. Along with the desert pizza and ice cream! I would recommend Pizza Ranch! This location was Awesome! If you’re ever around stop by!
