Atmosphere is fine, staff was nice. I don’t understand the hype for this place especially at this price point. $17.62 seems quite expensive for very mediocre buffet pizza. It’s neat that they have chicken but I didn’t try it. The potato wedges were ok. The Mac and “cheese” was awful. Fake as the day is long. I hope they pay their staff really well.

The food was pretty good, about 50/50 fresh. The service was 90% horrible. We sat at the counter a good 10 minutes before anyone even came to get our money. The older lady was very rude and didn’t answer any of my questions about pricing for my young one as it was tuesday (kids were supposed to eat free). She also didn’t pick up any plates the entire time we ate and we have a big family. She expected the younger kid to do it (who was fantastic by the way) he apologized for the build up of stuff on the table because he was on break. He was very attentive the last few minutes we were there all because we gave him positive feed back. I will definitely be going to my regular pizza ranch on main Street in Green Bay where the service is always fantastic!!!

We ordered delivery as we were working on the house. We got our delivery and ended up getting the wrong chicken. I called and let them know. Their reply was you can come and get it. There is a reason I ordered delivery, second person came on the phone and said they would refund us for the chicken for the inconvenience. Fine. Few days past nothing on card. So I called back and they said it shows on their end. Over a week now and no refund. I will not be going back, and will go out of my way to tell people to avoid it. Not a good business model.

Upon arrival because I used to work at pizza ranch I knew you could order a pizza or wings with the buffet . The cashier (Renee) was being very rude and told me “ I had to pay for that “ which I knew wasn’t true because I used to work there . Renee was also in a rush to make me pay when I was asking questions. I then stated she was being rude and which she laughed about . So then I asked is there a manager I can speak to ? Renee then replied “ no there’s only me and 2 Mexicans “ which I figured was a lie but I did mention to Renee how rude she was being . We then got seated the service was great and food was good . Later on I seen a manager named Jess I believe and the playroom manager. They were a big help in resolving my issues and told me that this situation shouldn’t have happened. Jess reassured me and told me to make sure to leave a review but after talking with her and the other manager about what had happened I felt satisfied. Also if Renee does so happen to read this . Working in food service can be stressful but that does not mean take your frustrations out on others . If you are not a people’s person I suggest you find a different job that better suits you ! 🙂

This one is decent, more often than not based on service and quality of dishes being served. Has a built-in fun zone area for kids to play. The fun zone area isn’t huge, but it’s decent enough to keep children entertained for a few.

Pizza Ranch is our whole family favorite! There is something for everyone (even the picky kids), the chicken is DELICIOUS! Breakfast on Sundays just makes Pizza Ranch even better, the biscuits and gravy AMAZING! Not to mention ICE CREAM! I’m not sure what our kids love more, Jess or the Food! The employees are extremely helpful and attentive. But Jess is the best, she goes above and beyond! Can’t wait until our next visit!

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the good food at Pizza Ranch. But I feel I was driven out of the restaurant after complaining that my plates were taken up way too early. Then the same individual that cleaned my place insisted on vacuuming right by my table in a vengeful manner I thought. Okay, if that is the way it is going to be then I need not come back to Pizza Ranch.
