Best to go when it’s busier for fresher food, however when buying a buffet if you’re willing to wait 10-20 minutes for a pizza they’ll make any pizza you request if it’s one they can make, including stuffed crust. Staff have always been polite and friendly. Food isn’t always the best, but can’t expect much out of a large name pizza place that isn’t small town local recipes. But, overall the food is good enough for me most days and the service is always good and I come back pretty regularly. I usually request at least one fresh pizza of my choice to be made as soon as I pay for my food so I can have something that’s fresh that I’ll eat.

My kids love pizza ranch mostly for the desert pizza and the self-serve soda machine. I like the fried chicken. Only complaint is that the ice cream machine only works half the time. Recommend using their frequent diner card. Tuesday nights are not as a big of a zoo as I would have expected.

Probably our favorite pizza option. Our go-to order is Mac & Cheese stuffed crust & the Bronco with alfredo sauce (custom ordered). SO GOOD, Y’ALL! Been ordering that from various Pizza Ranch locations for a decade and it never disapponits. Everyone must try it! Love dining in at the buffet every now and then and the best part about that is you can have the best of both worlds – pizza and chicken! Topped off with a slice or two of dessert, of course. My only gripe is that they aren’t open longer hours!

The broasted chicken is really good, pizza not so much (except the Buffalo chicken one). The really disappointing part of the experience was the poor customer service. When they had a problem with the order, I asked for the manager to help address it and she didn’t seem to care.
