Stopped for lunch. Apparently a popular place for locals. Not very much selection on the buffet. Fried chicken was good. Pizza was fair at best. A lot of tables with dirty dishes, did not see anyone cleaning so that other people could dine. Pricing was okay but once again the selection was very limited while I was there.

We get delivery once a week from our local store and without fail every time there’s something wrong with the order – wrong food, prepared incorrectly, missing sauces, 1 hour+ delivery time, etc.. The only redeeming qualities are the friendliness of the delivery drivers and the temperature of the food at this point. How hard is it to remember the dipping sauce for the chicken, or to make a regular apple dessert pizza that I ordered instead of the one with nuts (yay allergies), or to make the pizza with the correct toppings? So much wasted money and it’s not worth the time to call – an hour delivery time means the kids won’t eat on time if they offer replacement as no refunds or credits are ever offered to make up for the mistakes. If there were more options in town we’d take our business elsewhere.

Everything about this location is rough. The layout doesn’t really work – when you enter, you’re immediately in someone’s way. The selection of food leaves a lot to be desired, even for a Pizza Ranch. When you try to grab a slice, the pizza is basically perforated (not cut), so it’s impossible to pull away a slice. Finally, my wife ended up getting really sick in the evening and all through the next day, so we’re definitely not going to come back to this location. New Prague has a lot of great restaurants – don’t settle for this place.

This is a great hometown Pizza Ranch! We went during the lunch hour and it sure gets busy! It would seem that there isn’t enough staff to keep up with the rush (which seems to plague many businesses these days unfortunately). But overall we had a great experience and are thankful to live in a Pizza Ranch town!
