We had a party of 17 and had made reservations but management picked that day to not show up. I suppose we could have gotten something to eat had we chosen to sit in the parking lot for a couple of hours. BTW we had a 11:30 reservation and they are supposed to be open at 11:00 am and it was approaching noon before someone with keys came so they could start food prepping.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, these people just hate life. It’s a $16 lol buffet you expect them to roll out filet mignon?this was my first experience and I thought it was Amazing for $16. Food was fresh and hot. Not a whole lot to chose from but again it’s $16. The chicken was high quality delicious to me. Salad bar was fresh and good. And the dessert pizza was really good. I assume the manager I spoke with, the guy at the front was super nice and helpful

Thought it was way too small and tables were cramped into walls. Worst though is pizza was constantly out and couldn’t keep up. If you’re going to have a buffet in a town as big as Willmar then take a lesson from the Chinese buffet and get enough room to support it. The pizza is not great, sure it’s fine but unless it’s extraordinary pizza you can’t have not enough room for that price.

It was extremely messy. Every table was dirty. There was a literal finger nail on a table! The floors are covered in food and are sticky. They brought out the cheese bread once our entire stay. The ice machine didn’t have ice. When we asked the manager about why they didn’t have ice, he said he “couldn’t make the ice appear “. The ice cream machine was broken. I am a little shocked at the conditions of this place. The corporate office needs to step in. Hopefully we can get our money back.

Tables were dirty. We got a high chair and it was sticky and hadn’t been washed. Food was ok but not labeled with what it was. Only redeeming factor was that the people were friendly and service was decent.

We stopped here for the first time a couple weeks ago. The check-in guy was friendly and one of the employees was very outgoing and wanted to make sure I was enjoying my experience. I love their (all Pizza Ranch) dessert pizzas. As usual, they made a pizza of our choice and brought it to our table later. This was a good Pizza Ranch experience!

It was a good place to eat an get together with family. The staff was very friendly an great service. They answered all my questions an was satisfied with the answers. Did not know had to put a deposit down for a room to be reserved. Liked the variety of foods on the buffet.
