This is the best restaurant in Jamestown. I’ve loved pizza for 11 years, but I eat more chicken and mashed potatoes more because it’s just that good. I haven’t even seen any rude customers or staff yet. Take my advice, come here, you won’t regret it.

The cashier was no where to be found. We witnessed people leaving the establishment as they waited at the counter too long to pay for the buffet. The gal responsible for the salad bar actually picked up food on the edge of the serving buffet and tossed it back into the food…..are they required to wear plastic gloves? This after she worked as the cashier and took money from people. I was not impressed with this Pizza Ranch. Disgusting.

I’m Not From Around These Parts, But I Am On Vacation. I Ordered A Large Thin Crust Taco Pizza And A Medium Thin Crust Garlic Cheese Plus Pepperoni. Yeah… That Is What I Received! A Taco Pizza So Covered In Tortilla Chips And No Exaggeration Either! Must Have Been Over A Quarter + Head Of Lettuce Over That. And Ok And Cool Let’s Do I Am Thinking… And WOW! Absolutely The Worst No Flavor Except From The Packets Of Taco Sauce! Yes… Very Damn Disappointing. So I Say Let’s Try The Medium Garlic Cheese With Pepperoni. Good Tasting Thin Crust But 0 Garlic Flavored Cheese And Standard Pepperoni Slices. The Crust Was Like Eating Melted Cheese On A Cracker! Never a disappointment when coming here. I absolutely love their chicken and breadsticks. The mashed potatoes always taste fresh instead of old instant potatoes like other places. Although their pizza could’ve been better. Normally, it’s pretty good but for some reason it wasn’t this time. But other than that, i do recommend. I would come again.

Great salad bar, good fried chicken, good pizza and a good price for the buffet, Very busy on Sundays so you might have to wait on pizza and fried chicken cause it goes fast, also the same for dessert pizza but it good. Great place for the family cause it has everything.

We came on Friday evening, so everyone should expect to be busy! That being said, we got here an hour before closing and there was no ice. When I let them know, I was told yes everyone had used the ice and what they usually do is so go get ice at the gas station next door. But because it was an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t be going to get the ice. Also, the ice cream machine was out of order, and there was no desert pizza. We paid $34 for this and wasn’t offered a discount or an apology. So, we will not be back! If there was an option for less than no stars I would have chosen that.

1st piece of chicken was dry and the next undercooked and slimy. Minimal pizzas and none were regular type such as Bronco or Stampede. I left after worker clearing table by me was cursing for having to clear 3 plates and a few crumbs. Hopefully I just happened to be there on an off day.
