I first discovered &pizza while on a bus tour in DC. At first I didn’t notice their unique long and flat pizza boxes, then I started seeing them everywhere. People in suits, people in uniforms, people dressed normally, people of all ages were carrying their boxes. Seeing this, I had to try their pizza.

Really disappointing experience. The cashier mistakenly added a drink to my bill and when I asked it to be removed I was told that “the manager will not allow us to remove things.” When I asked to speak with him, she then removed the item and said that the manager was going to dock her $4 of her pay. Then when I went to pay for my lunch, and presented an &pizza coupon code, I was told that they don’t accept them at this location. Management should consider how this location is being run.

This my first and last visit to &Pizza at Reagan Airport. The elderly lady making the pizzas makes no attempts to provide good customer service. In fact she was down right rude. I said something to the cashier and she just smiled and shrugged. My husband asked for mushrooms and for whatever reason she refused to add them. While voicing my issue with another employee she came over and just glared at me as if to intimidate me. It wasn’t just me she was rude to the couple behind me as well. As a consumer this is unacceptable. Then to top it off, the pizza was just ok. What say you &Pizza.

There are so Many options for veggie lovers like myself, and they make sure to use a different pizza cutter to prevent meat cross contamination Make sure you try some of their unique topping options like jalapeño and hot honey, or if you love different herbs like me, go CRAZY with the basil

This is a very bad &pizza. The employees don’t know what ingredients to place on the pre made pizzas displayed on the board, they are just guessing and making obscure combinations. Also they don’t have knives due to TSA reasons but the employees do not pre cut the pizza before serving

We were stuck at the airport after our flight kept getting switched around. My husband didn’t want to eat so I stopped in alone at &pizza. I never heard of them before and it was a tough decision with the steam buns also calling my name across the way. So glad I tried them. I ordered the American Honey pizza with the hot honey and it was excellent. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. I gave my husband a bite and he got up to get himself a pizza. I really wish we had one of these in my state!

Work at the airport. Honestly was enjoying the pizza, but then saw a long curly hair :/ went back to the store next day and showed them. Instead of saying sorry or anything the person in charge said why didn’t I come back yesterday and was kinda rude. Overall, don’t recommend it for the price or service.
