I have been getting pizza from here a for long time. Since the new ownership has taken over, this place is DISGUSTING! It has no taste, the toppings are non-existent. All I taste is bread. I will not be buying another overpriced breadstick again. It’s no secret Pizza Rita has the worst pizza in town. I don’t eat anything else because they are no different. Make your own.

I tried their pizza on many occasions. Lack of any flavor whatsoever aside, all were burned or oversalted beyond being edible, I’d say their pizza have been consistently borderline inedible, and I’m not picky at all. How can you make a business of screwing up something as basic as pizza consistently is incomprehensible but thats what they excel at. I taste kids 1st attempts at pizza making that were infinitely better than PR.

I do not like to write negative reviews but this was pretty s**tty. My daughter got $25 in pizza Rita cash a couple years back at a charity auction, so we paid for them for a good cause. We finally found them, she had lost em cause she’s a kid. She’s been asking to use them so tonight we double checked them. They had the company name, address and no expiration date. My husband went to get the pizzas she wanted for her and her friends slumber party and I guess they claimed they won’t take em because despite the business still being in existence at the same address and with the same name they are under new ownership? Well a business should honor all coupons in their name regardless of ownership change especially when you bought the business that issued the coupons and are still at the listed location and using the same name. $25 was barely going to make a dent in the order he was gonna place for 7 ppl but instead they will make nothing and we will use another restaurant. New ownership or not you should honor the businesses promotions/coupons etc that you operate especially when they are still valid with no expiration date or restrictions. I get if it was expired or for an item you don’t have or heck if you had changed names or your location wasn’t listed but to any customer it’s a valid tender for the business listed.

Used to be a really good place. Tell they have petty stuff like minimum delivery price and they still charge you a delivery fee and they no longer do their coupons on there boxes. Lost my business I will support the big store they offer better deals and food now it’s sad. New owner or owners thanks for the new look will not be back here.

Pizza Rita is exactly what you want from any decent pizza place. The staff are incredibly friendly and really efficient, they cook the food quickly and it’s always well presented. The prices are more than fair, though given that I am visiting from the UK I can’t really compare the prices to local businesses or the average price nationwide. The food itself is absolutely amazing, I’ve been to the fancier sit down pizza restaurants (Pizza Express in the UK and the like) and they wish they could make pizza like Pizza Rita could. If you’re looking for food then look no further than these people. You will not be disappointed.

Not even close to what this place used to be since the new owners took over. Deals are gone….prices are up. We supported Pizza Rita because it was a local business with attention to customer service–the new owners clearly do not share the same values. The website interface for online ordering is no longer user friendly (“if it ain’t broke…don’t fix it”)….deals and points that kept loyal customers coming back are gone (if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”) and someone seriously needs to deep clean the pop machines….very little carbonation with a flat stale tasting product means you’ve got some serious sanitation issues. We are truly sad that this once iconic, wonderful, local business has been wrecked. We will not be back. Again….”if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”.
