Order here at least monthly.. quality has slowly declined but today took the cake. Breaded chicken was so gross.. burnt on outside, mush on the inside. Called back and the kid said the fryer wasn’t working right but he ate a tender and it was fine. Such a same.. Chippewa has no good food anymore.

While I love their food, service sucks. Ordered a medium pizza and wings over the phone for pick up. When I went in, there was a deal on the board for a large pizza and wings that was 7 dollars less than my order. I was not told about the deal (when my order was almost identical) and I was not able to get a price adjustment. Very unhappy.

The food we ordered was phenomenal!! We ordered garlic wings, gnocchi meatballs & a calazone. It was all Amazing! Everything is homemade! The portions are big! I’m telling you the bread alone was amazing! The owners are so kind too, they take their time with you. We highly recommend them! Order you will love it!!

Ordered two Italian hoagies they barely had any meat on them. It was like a salad on a non and a small salad at that. Asked for wing dusted wings and hot garlic sauce on side for dipping they told me thy could do that but not how I got them and no sauce. If you have to raise the price don’t skimp on the meat. Especially on an Italian hoagie which holds its name for the meats on it.

I ordered 4 Large one topping pizzas for my 4 year old’s birthday party. I have never had an issue in the past and this time when I got home and opened the pizza’s there was hardly any sauce on them, maybe 1 to 2 pieces of pepperoni per piece of pizza and so well done that it fell apart in pieces. I came in and spoke to a lady manager who said she knows I am a frequent customer and she wanted to make it right. Of the 4 large pizzas I bought they were comping one pizza, when I went into get the comp pizza the owner or manager or whoever he was basically yelled at me “when you order something well done you get what you get, If you don’t want it well done don’t order it well done” I explained that I am a very frequent customer I even didn’t complain when they sold me raw pepperoni rolls (I just finished cooking them at home). I will not be back and am advising all my friends and family against going there. I shouldn’t have been treated like this.

Ordered a large pie last week, best it’s ever been!!! Everyone I shared it with agreed, it hasnt been this good in years! Allison, the manager, was super friendly, it came out fast, hot, and delicious. You can tell she cares about quality and service. Thank you Pizza Roma crew!

My food is always fresh. The chicken wings are fantastic and a great price. It’s a little expensive but worth it. I have never had an issue with them they are always very nice and my food is excellent. Have tried little of this and that on the menu and have never once been disappointed. We are always so full. My kids absolutely love the pizza the crust is great. My biggest issue with places is lettuce and veggies in general being gross old and just not edible but not here my veggies are always so good. Plus they have sides my kids love the zucchini ot is so good.
