I never had a crackle crust pizza before but it was pretty good. We had the Margherita pizza with pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend this place for a good bite to eat. Just know it’s not your Typical crusted pizza.

Stopped by on a road trip. Had the mini pizza special deal and garlic toast. To my pleasant surprise, the mini pizza was not as mini as I thought! The pizza, timeliness, customer service, and price can’t be beat! Will stop here again soon.

Traveling from Minnesota. Place seemed nice until we sat down and ordered our food. Waiter never returned to our table at all entire night. Flagged down another waitress (who appeared to be management and was literally checking the table in front of ours and behind ours but kept skipping ours) to see where our cheese bread was after 45 minutes. Apparently our ticket order wasn’t put up by the oven so it was given to the table behind us. The lady gave us crackers to munch on as it was almost 8pm and kids were hungry. Our food finally came out and the guy who brought us the food had to fill out drinks. Again never saw our waiter the entire time. Had to then flag someone down to get the bill as again no one can to our table. Kids never got their free cookies. Poor service, especially when they knew we had been traveling all day/night and to not even see if we needed anything! Totally disappointing!!

All three pizzas that we ordered for our granddaughter’s 10th birthday party were severely burnt. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Immediately contacted the staff and store manager to report the issue and they stated that is how their pizzas are served. The pizzas were eventually replaced, but only after having to deal with their unprofessional staff and sharing photos of the burnt pizzas over the web. When we showed up to pickup the replacement pizzas. They tried to charge us 50% for the replacement pizzas along with 100% for the originals.

I am sometimes reluctant to try new places but i didn’t want fast food so i took a shot in the dark. Glad i did. Pizza was great! Didn’t know what Kansas City style meant exactly but was happy with it. If i get the chance I’d go back.

It was a dark and stormy night, and after driving 5 hours across flooded Missouri freeways we checked in to our hotel. Hey, how about a pizza and some wine, I suggested? Only a few places open anywhere close but we lucked out with The Pizza Shoppe. Ordered a veggie special and it was ready right as I walked in the door.. still nice and hot back at the hotel.. and OH, IT WAS SO GOOD. A nice, artisan-style pie with a thin crust, high-quality toppings and obviously made by a pro. I really should have taken a picture of this beautiful pizza (oh well.. but here’s a pic of the box, at least). Yes, we HIGHLY recommend this place!!

A friend and I went there to have lunch. I had the ham melt sandwich, and it was pretty good. My friend had the personal pan pizza, which she enjoyed. I had ordered a small pizza to take home to my husband. I specifically said to please not put jalapeno peppers on it since they came with this particular pizza. They never withheld the jalapenos. My husband was not able to eat the pizza since the taste and the spice of the jalapenos overflavored it. Next time, I will have to make sure I check any takeout orders before I leave. Pricing is reasonable. The menu offers a lot of options.
