Lady was super rude behind the counter after asking if they were open. Place is dimly lit and the service was terrible. Same lady cooked my food and proceeded to text and call on her phone the whole time making the cheesesteak. Didn’t even eat it after it was given to me and will never go here again. Dog food and owner does not care about his customers.

I come in here often for my lunch break- my office orders from here as well. The last time I came in, which was today. A woman worker who sat on her phone for the better half of me coming in- was immediately rude upon coming in incredibly unwelcoming which probably set the tone for the rest of this experience. I order ewe chicken tenders and fries like i normally do- i asked for ranch after i paid forgetting to prior too where I was told I’d have to pay for that even tho I have never done This prior. She was INSANELY rude claimed she was always there which is not true and it’s always been this way. I will not be returning and I’ll make sure others know, even tho most have warned how downhill it’s gotten to not go here.

We had the Panzarotti’s haven’t had a Panzarotti in about 50 + years & I remember so well how absolutely delicious they were back then & these were nothing like I remember in the least. First of all my husband picked them up at the exact time that was showed when I ordered them on line we live not even 10 min from the Pizza Station & the Panzarotti’s were COLD I mean not even a bit warm which meant to me that they had been pre- made and sitting for a while, my owned a Pizzeria years ago & they would never send a customer out with cold food such as this Panzarotti was, the outside was not crispy they were flat & BLAH didn’t even look appetizing the mozzarella should have been stringy but it wasn’t because it was cold, had to warn them up but it really didn’t help. We were very hungry & of course we ate them but will NEVER order them again! Not a happy customer. To be honest giving a 1 Star review for the Panzarotti’s was too much. Just awful!

Ordered a mushroom cheese steak. Charged extra for fried onions and pickles. Only got the fried onions. No pickles or mushrooms.

This was the worst excuse for a burger I’ve ever seen. I ordered a cheeseburger w lettuce, tomato and onion…. And instead got this horrifying cowpie. When we called to complain, the woman on the phone said, “yes I know, it was me that made it, I’m sorry.”

The rudest immature teenage staff I’ve ever seen. Demanding extra gratuity (tips) for pressing buttons on a cash register. They also take all the door dash orders from legit dashers, don’t post delivery times and deliver food 2-3 hours later. All this for mediocre food.
