The other night while looking for restaurants near the hotel I narrowed it to pizza and all that was near the hotel was the big chain pizza places. Not what I was looking for. This was a little further so I didn’t order that day. I had worked through lunch and finished up working early, had liked the reviews and decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I had a salad and ordered a medium original combo. Great pizza, great service. Nice quaint little restaurant with plenty of choices.

Looking for something away from the crowds at the outlet mall, we stumbled across this small local pizza place and were glad we did. Felt like a small town bar. Service was great and we really enjoyed the pizza and wings here. It is a smaller place, but they made sure our large family group was taken care of. Thanks for the hospitality!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and immediately felt weird in the atmosphere. P.S. I am black and I was dining with my black bf. I brushed the feeling off and waited for my order to be taken. It took a while before someone finally came over and took our orders. After waiting a while for my pizza’s we finally got them and the top was soggy and the bottom was burnt; how that work. We were sitting and trying to enjoy the pizza when the cook came from the back and said something to our server and they both looked over at us weird. (I know when someone is talking about me.) Might be because I’m black. The cooks are always in and out the back, smoking cigarettes and not washing their hands. I’m guessing this place has been around for a while and doesn’t get very many black customers. They sure know how to make someone comfortable. Not saying this is the deciding factor that black people aren’t welcome but this is cops favorite place to eat. Their “famous wings” are frozen wings out of a bag fried with tons of fat. I saw one of the cooks that work there go to the back and sniff something up his nose. Medicine??? I don’t think so.

I saw a sign that said they had the best Reuben in Wyandotte county and had to try it. All in all it was great. The toasted bread on the rueben was on point. I’ve been here several times and the staff is always very nice. I will definitely be back on a regular basis.

This is a great little place that my wife and I just tried for the first time. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. When we told her we had never been there before and asked for her recommendation, she pointed out a few options that are strong favorites of the regular customers. We ended up getting a pizza and soda and took them home. We took a paper menu and we will be back!
