Placed a delivery order. The wait to receive the order was over an hour. When the food arrived it was missing a meal. I called the restaurant and the person who answered said the driver forgot it and was returning to deliver the rest of my order. Waited two hours and received nothing. Called the store three times and they kept answering the phone and immediately placing me on hold. Very poor service and not worth the $65 or the headache. Would not recommend.

I placed an order and was told it would be 45 minutes. We’ll 1 hr 10 minutes later I received my food. Asked for a receipt and told I’d have to call for a breakdown. All I received was some sticky paper with my order on it and a total. The was horrible I had never tasted a burger that actually tastes like paper. No taste and the lettuce seemed like it had been microwaved in the burger after it was gone. The jalapeño poppers wow the o es at 7-Eleven are way better. I dared not even try the Philly steak sandwich. The 2 lt coke was the best part of it all I gather. I would like to know if I got taxed for the delivery charge that we usually get charged. 1st and only time I order from here.

Let me start off by saying I have them 1 star cause that’s the lowest I can give them.. I use to eat pizza valley every day util I purchased a X-Large pizza cheese fries and 10 piece wing. Chicken wasn’t cooked all way thru cheese fries had big in it… so I called the store back they remade the food but they had to get it back 1st I paid 34 dollars and no had had any consideration…

My favorite pizza place!!!! They’re open when most pizza places shut down. They front you a FREE medium cheese when purchase an XL specialty. Wings taste good. Gyros taste good. I’ve even travelled from Rome, GA a couple times to eat there. When it comes to Ma & Pa pizza shops, STOP HERE!

On 8/6/22, my family and I arrived late to the hotel in Atl from our flight We decided to order the food which seemed unbelievably reasonable. Our food order arrived late after the shop closed. To my disappointment my order consisted of cheesesteak, fries, whole cheese pizza and 2 sodas; I asked for the works on my cheesesteak subs (it was supposed to be 2 of everything except the pizza. I thought one of the subs were gone but no they were just flat. The cheesesteak subs were very very scarce on the meat, with wilted lettuce, no other toppings and no cheese. The fries were old, some extra hard and some limp and soggy, the pizza tasted worse than box frozen pizza, and the only good thing was the can sodas. The second order was the same for the cheesesteak and the coldcut only had 1-1 /2 slices of meat and 1/2 slice of cheese, no fixings on the sandwiches. The third order was chicken and fish; it tasted like the fish and chicken were cooked earlier, refrozen, and then redropped again. The 4th order was an Italian coldcut with slice of meat and a and slice of cheese minus the fixings. I called back that night in hope to discuss the matter and the male individual stated to call back the next day around 12 noon. All my family and I could do was laugh at how the food looked; all the food was trashed at that time On Sunday I called to the restaurant and explained the reason for calling; the female worker assured that the owner would call back. On Monday another call was placed, and i was informed that the owner would call back. On Wednesday another call was made to the establishment, the female employer said the owner would be returning the call; however, at that time the female was informed that the owner has until 3 pm to contact me; it is now 3:59 pm and the owner has yet to contact me. Not to mention the delivery driver looked like a lady of the night. Worse food ever

Late night order after missing a connection at ATL. They were accurate on predicting the time. The onion rings were soggy as was the “steak burger,” which was a thin slice of beef for a Philly cheesesteak. They do take Delta meal vouchers.
