They’re super nice and customer service oriented. The chef came out into the eating area and handed me my order tonight. The ingredients were fresh. The food was hot and very carefully prepared; it was wrapped & boxed with care. I feel like the food is cooked with love and not hostility like other places. The gyro meat was perfectly cooked; it was delicious. The pita was fresh too. The sauce wasn’t traditional gyro sauce, so I didn’t use it. The pizza was yummy. We bought a pepperoni with black olive and mushroom. Their prices are reasonable compared to other pizza places. I like supporting them because they’re polite and serve good food. I hope they’re doing well so we can continue to eat here.

We have ordered often from the business. However the last two times, we have had issues. Both times our delivery has taken over an hour when told 35 minutes. Recently, we placed an order for two 20” pizzas. Pizzas were not hot and our cheese pizza was delivered as shown in the picture. We called, they acknowledged that we ordered often and said they would replace it and it would take 25 minutes. The order arrives an hour later and we gave back the original pizza. Sadly, they replaced it with a 16” pizza instead. We call back.. they will not refund us any money. After arguing with the person on the other end, and mentioning that we would dispute it with our CC company… they in return said they would block us from ordering there again. No one wants cold, smushed pizza! Clearly, customer service isn’t their strong suit.

Ordered a sub and pizza..specfically said lettuce, fried onions, mayo, and tomatoe on sub… they put hots..called and told them said sure we will put you in for a free sub if we didnt’ want to drive up said okay. called to get sub and was told we never said free sub we will give a discount of 3 dollars. So im suppose to be out the money for the 1st sub that was inedible and i even said ill bring up now and he said no thats fine. DO NOT ORDER here,,, high prices poor quaility of food and customer service.

I ordered a 20” cheesesteak pizza and nowhere does it say pizza sauce was suppose to come on it and who eats a cheesesteak with tomato sauce makes no sense and when I called and talked to the manager he said oh we can make you another one and have it brought to you but it will cost you full price as the first one $24. I said wow so no consideration for the fact that you spent $24 on a pizza that can’t be consumed by your house hold because of a tomato sauce allergy and he said yep because it was your mistake not ours all our pizza comes with tomato sauce. Which is not true but okay. I will never order from them again no compassion or understanding for the customer! I even offered to pick it up if a new one was made but you want to charge me again $24 I can’t do that no discount or nothing nope !

My family and I ordered Italian cold cut with everything on it, it did not have everything on it. I ordered crab cake sandwich, it’s frozen crab cake patti. It was horrible. Cheese fries on the menu and it’s cheddar melted cheese it’s mozzarella cheese it was horrible. We will find another restaurant or carryout for delivery and will not order from them again I even called and was not credited for poor food

We placed an order with this restaurant around 7:45, for pizza, through an app, that Pizza Villa’s website directed us to. Our order came to around 13$. A few minutes later we called to inquire about delivery time, and to ask for plates to be added to the order, in which the employees said they could do for us, and we’re preparing our online order as we spoke. Then, an hour later, we received a call from an employee (who initially would not give us his name when asked continuously, and would not tell us anything about the store owner – He just kept saying stuff like…theirs really just one manger and we all have our roles – it was the weirdest response to wanting to speak with the store manager) because they cancelled our order, again, an hour later. He said that this was a courtesy call and that they didn’t have to call us at all, and that they were doing us a favor. He said the app (beyondmenu) have not updated the stores menu and they don’t know why they are still affiliated with it, and have asked them to stop placing orders for pizza villa. This employee then went on to say its’s their fault that this happened to us, and to contact the app, but that if we wanted to replace our order through them, or another app called Slice, we can and he would give us a free soda. He then reads me the special they have every day which is the same pizza we ordered, plus an additional topping, and a 2 liter, for 14.99. That was shocking because all of this over 2 bucks! Plus he was not really giving us a free soda, that was the everyday special, even though he tried to claim he was only doing that for us, and our inconvenience. He was very rude, and said maybe we should not order, and would not tell us anything about the store manager. The app was so kind as to give us the store manager’s name, and also basically said that what this employee told us was not accurate, and went on to add that 3 other people placed an order, through the beyondmenu app, for pizza villa, right before me, that went through fine. I then called back to let the store manager know of the situation, but the same guy answered, called us unlucky, said he didn’t care what the app responders had to say, and I believe, hung up. It was a very rude and unnecessary experience that could have been avoided. When we initially called about plates, all they had to do was let us know it would be two more dollars, and that we would get another topping and a soda for the correct price (his answer to that was something on the lines of…we don’t accept cash…). Just wow.

I am given a 3 star review because the food was pretty decent especially the French fries but me and my wife received no no napkins or utensils and I also asked for ranch for my 20 wings and they gave me blue cheese instead… I recommend their food if you want some good fries or some hot nuclear wings but yeah
