Love the concept, but……”blind leading the blind”! 7 people behind the counter & it took us 25 min. on Sunday evening to get 1 pizza & a small salad. Staff uses the same gloves when making pizza SO if the customer in front selects pineapple you probably will get a taste of pineapple on your pizza. Such a great location & concept but no leadership or training!!

We so wanted to love this place. As others have said, lots of people behind the counter but very slow process to get the pizza and though there were only a few of us in the place they were confused as to which pizzas were ours.

LOVE this place. They are friendly + welcoming. Delicious singles pizzas & it’s quick. Add as many toppings as you want and you can keep it under $10. Great location as well.

Has so much promise. I was second in line and it took 20 minutes for them to make 3 pizzas in front of me. One was to feed my hungry Granddaughter. Byline is fast and fresh. Ingredients are great. Process is anything but fast. Hope they figure it out…

I was excited to try – what a disappointment! This place has such great potential. The New Yorker pizza was smothered in some cream garlic sauce that made it absolutely uneatable – what a waste!

Staff is beyond nice but SLOW and have been poorly trained. Management sits in the dining-room doing nothing. I hope this place can pull it together, the food is pretty good.
