We looked on the website and it said they closed at 8. We called at a little after 7. A younger girl came on the phone and asked if I could wait on hold. I did… for about 3 minutes. I hear the person take the phone off of hold and hang up the phone. I called back 3 additional times. It was my brothers birthday and this was the food of choice that he wanted. My dad went in at 7:15 to order food thinking that something was wrong with the phone. He got in and said he wanted to place an order. The girl proceeded to tell him that they were “out of ingredients to make the food”. My dad said that he didn’t even tell her what he wanted. The manager came over and was of no assistance and basically said there was nothing that he could do. Even though they are supposed to be open until 8. Just so unprofessional. If they were closing early they should have come on the phone and explain that rather than hanging up, like a little kid would and ignoring the calls. If there are hours listed/posted they should be stood by unless otherwise posted. Very disappointing and unprofessional

Pizza was not even cut properly. We had to tear it apart and cheese was just everywhere. Large Chicken finger were overcooked and burnt. Spent $50 on 2 items that were horrible. Second time I’ve tried this overpriced place. Horrible experience. Never again

The girl at the counter was rude and barely spoke to me. I stood there waiting for her to turn around and acknowledge me, but it never happened until a man from the back asked if I was helped yet. Food was decent but customer service ZERO.

Stopped by there on Friday to get a meatball . Asked them if they could put the sauce and meatball in a container so I could make the sandwich later and they had no problem doing it for me. The sub was awesome.
