It was my first time coming here and I’ll be back soon. I’ve been looking for exceptional pizza in Northern Colorado and this is it! Service was phenomenal. We got caught in a sudden down pour while on the patio and even though it was a busy Friday night they were able to give us a seat inside. Cocktails were world class quality. Pasta was great. Even the appetizer was unique and delicious. I would suggest making a reservation before coming due to the limited seating. Parking was also quite limited but there is a bit of street overflow parking if you don’t mind walking a bit.

My first time here, and I’ve got to say, best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. This was after we had great drinks and the most amazing Spedini appetizer! If I wasn’t watching my waistline I’d be back weekly, but I’ll definitely be back at least monthly, maybe next time for happy hour, because those specials look great!

The family and I came for pizza. After 18 months in NYC, most pizzas simply aren’t good. The family hails from Connecticut and they brought New Haven style pizza to NOCO! We started with the HERBED BURRATA; unfortunately, by the time I grabbed my phone 3/4 of it was already gone and I chose to get my portion before I was left with just the remnants on the plate! Picture 4 slices of toasted focaccia served alongside a plate with a large burrata ball sitting on top of a sauce comprised of Basil pesto, apricot mostarda, pistachio, and twelve-year aged balsamic. This was a fantastic start to the meal! Then came the 2 pies: spicy mushroom and Margherita. The basil leaves on the Margherita were some of the largest I’ve ever seen and had so much flavor. The sauce has a nice depth of flavor and the perfectly melted mozzarella rounded it out perfectly. There was zero “flop” to this super thin crust and there were no burnt spots either, just baked to perfection! The spicy mushroom’s red base sauce was loaded down with Calabrian pepper, cup & char pepperoni, crimini mushroom, a mozzarella blend, and oregano. This was the same dough, but will all the ingredients the first 1/4 of the crust couldn’t support the weight of the goodness. This didn’t bother any of us because a quick fold and it was ready to be eaten. The combination of mushrooms, peppers, and pepperonis resulted in a unique and interesting taste with a definite spicy finish.

Best pizza and pasta in northern Colorado!!!! Bartenders also make incredible drinks. We’ve been going to this restaurant for years and when they first opened a few years ago there was a bad storm rolling through and we were sitting on the patio with our elderly dog. The owner let us come inside with him so we didn’t have to package our food up and leave in the storm! Just the best customer service and food you can ask for. Wish I could eat pizza and pasta every day here!

So we called in the day before to set up a reservation and Jacob the host told us he would set us up on the waitlist and assured me he would take care of it on his end. We arrive 10 minutes early to be told he forgot to put us on the wait list. He tells me 10 go 15 minutes he will seat us. Twenty minutes later I check in with him to be told it’s going to be 45 minutes. He offers to seat us outside in the rain. We wait to be seated only to be served by a waitress with hygiene problems. We realize quickly our table is an afterthought our service is poor throughout the meal. The food being mediocre was the highlight of our experience. Amanda the manager goes out of her way to not acknowledge their shortcoming or attempt to rectify the situation at all. Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy we’ll never be back.
