Generally, I do not tip when making a to-go order. Maggie did a great job today, I made an exception. Maggie capturing my order and then she went back to the kitchen to make sure they had it all correct for me. She was thoughtful enough to put the wings in one bag, the appetizers another bag and the condiments in a third bag. She told me she could not drink alcohol, but she shared with me what others had said about the current special Odd 13 IPA beer. Maggie delivered everything you want when experiencing good customer service. She had an authentically positive vibe thing going on! I hope she is working every time I visit Pizza West!

For a restaurant close to the sports complex you would think they would welcome the business, but we were told by the manger when we walked in we could only order pizza and soft drinks. It took ten minutes to get a drink order and 40 minutes to get the waitress to come back. She made a point to help tables around us. Waitress said we could only do one food order and one drink order for the group. When she missed orders in the group she told them that she already took the order for the group so he couldn’t order. We tried to help out the waitress with orders but she was rude multiple times and asked if we even wanted to order after she said it would be 30-45min to get 3 large pizzas. There were only a couple people in the restaurant when we came in and then other teams came in after us and we’re able to order off the menu and we’re served.

My 6yo twins and I were there on Monday July 17th around 2. We were staying at a hotel just down the street and found your place. It was an immediate win when the kids menu came with the little sticky things instead of crayons. We eat out a lot and the kids get sick of coloring to stay busy, don’t ever stop those, parent win for sure. Second win was our great waitress. I can’t remember her name but she was black and had some fabulous green fingernails. She greeted us with a kind smile and rushed me a much needed beer (mom to mom, she understood). She brought the kids some pizza dough to play and promised to “keep forever” the ridiculous art the kids made. Last win was the food, we ended up with enough for 2 meals and it was tasty both times.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, and they were super understanding and immediately made my pizza there so I didn’t have to drive. Great customer service and the pizza is great!

What a colossal disappointment! In the time I have to now order Domino’s I’ll write my review. We used to love PW for their inventive pizzas, and delicious flavors; but we will not be going back. You’re looking at $40 worth of pizza here. Jalapeño popper pizzas with no toppings, only cheese—just enough to see. I can understand hard times, but this is pathetic. We thought we’d stick to local pizza even though it is a little more expensive and this is what we ended up with. Don’t waste your time or your money. Grab a Totinos party pizza and put it in the toaster—you’ll end up with better pizza. The one thing they did get right was to fully refund my purchase. Buyers beware! Update to Owners Response: It’s disturbing how poor customer service and a product that speaks for itself (see photos) somehow gets twisted into my having been some ‘crazy, off the chain customer’ that’s just out to pick on your employees. This response is further evidence that this business is headed to a dark place. When you’re forced to blame loyal customers for not being taken advantage of, it would seem it’s time to re-evaluate the reason for being in business at all.

$60 for two pizzas & a side that was on the same level as Papa John’s. Casey’s gas station has better quality and craftsmanship of pizza. Will never be back or recommend.

Visited the one in LaVista. Newer facility, clean with an open atmosphere feel to it. Friendly staff and tasty pizza. Also had a soup and salad bar as well!! Process were fair as well. Definitely worth trying!

We were a 2 top table that was sat at 12. At 12:01 server came got our drink order then forgot about us. 2 large tables were the seated drinks were taken promptly Nd then their orders. At this time it’s 12:17 before she ever realized she forgot our drinks …heck forgot about us. Then tells us our order will take a little longer. Like no kidding you took orders for 2 other large tables before realizing you forgot the first table. Be better! Very disappointed

Overall our experience was average. Our server was very attentive and quick with getting drinks and food. We had the Omnivore pizza but they had a little to much ground beef.

We have been eating pizza at this location since we moved to the area over seven and a half years ago. We love the soup and salad bar combination for lunch during the week but really wish that it was also offered on the weekends and at night. The house-made ranch is really delicious. We always order the cheesy garlic bread and you can’t go wrong with just about any of their pizzas. We usually get good service as well.
