Pizzeria Bianco Menu – Los Angeles, CA

Type : Pizza restaurant

Location : Los Angeles, CA

The West Coast has been calling chef Chris Bianco for some time now, and at long last he has finally opened Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Los Angeles, located at Row DTLA. The menu of Pizzeria Bianco Los Angeles will largely mirror the Phoenix locations and feature the six signature pies regulars have come to love such as the Rosa and Sonny Boy at dinner, with small plates, salads and sides rounding out the offerings. For Chris, the food is a result of his relationships with the farmers, the local producers, his family, customers and staff; and the respect and sincere intentions he approaches his recipes with, as well as the many interpersonal relationships that have influenced his philosophy and who he is.

Trendy Italian eatery known for serving handcrafted wood-fired pizzas in rustic-chic quarters. Based on 248 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price

5 Star across the board! Friends came over from Australia and made this lunch reservation. The location is very cool. The design of restaurant is simple stylish and comfortable. The service was warm and friendly. We even met the owner who was so kind he took photos with my friend who had totally fanned out when seeing him. Chatted with the manager on the way out she was also lovely. Most importantly the pizzas and salads were out of this world. I will be singing the praises of this spot to all I meet and can’t wait to go back. Shout out to Juan and Andrew who took great care serving us. Run don’t walk to Pizzeria Bianco. It’s worth it!

I have wanted to go to Pizzeria Bianco for a long while. I wanted to go to the one in Phoenix, Arizona, but I just have not had a chance to get there. When I heard that they were opening a location in Downtown LA, I was really excited. I just happened to be in Downtown LA, and I knew I had to go here. My Mom and I were able to get a table. We started off with the beet salad which was excellent. It was fresh, and everything in the salad tasted like it belonged together. We next shared a fennel sausage pizza. Their pizza has char similar to a Neapolitan pizza, but I loved the flavor of the crust much better. It was well worth the wait. We also talked with Sam, the VP of Operations for the California stores, and he really made my Mom and I feel welcome. I loved the experience, and I definitely would love to go here again. Everything was worth the cost because you are getting quality.

yum. saw it on chef’s table on Netflix and knew I had to try it. As a new yorker, I can be a bit of a pizza snob so trust me, the 4/5 rating for food is quite high!

The place has a cool, contemporary vibe, exuding upbeat, positive energy that’ll lift your spirits. Securing a reservation was a challenge, but fear not—walk-ins are welcome! I played it smart with a strategic no-lunch move and scored a table right at dinner’s start—totally paid off!

Honestly kind of blown away. What an amazing product at Pizzeria Bianco… we tried three pizzas and all were excellent but let me tell you something – eating the marinara pizza was like having a tomato for the first time again. I have no idea how they get so much flavor on each slide but it’s actually incredible. You MUST order 1 whole marinara pizza if you go or we can’t be friends. I’ll be returning soon to order 2 whole marinara pizzas for myself . Also the wine was good too!

This was our first visit to Pizzeria Bianco. It was challenging getting reservations but we finally got in. It was worth the hype and we enjoyed the pizzas. We ordered Rosa, Wiseguy, Bianco Verde, margherita, focaccia, and a daily special pizza. My favs were Wiseguy and the daily special pizza with the yellow tomatoes. We were a party of 5 adults and pretty much inhaled all the pizzas. We ate outside and it was pleasant and they have heaters but it can get breezy so a sweater is recommended. All in all a very delicious meal, and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive.

I really liked the antipasti and farinata that they serve only for dinner. They’re one of the few places that serve farinata in LA. The market salad for lunch one time was made with melon and I loved it. Pizzas have good crust and chew

I’d put 10 stars to the service if I could. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they took us without reservations, had our table ready in 20 minutes and we were eating 10 minutes later. The pizzas are beyond good and the dessert was heavenly delicious! Thank you!!
