Our original pizzeria, Mamma Maria’s of Bensenville was established in 1985. We built our reputation by offering our customers the most authentic pizza and Italian food in the area. Through the years our passion for amazing food has grown along with our menu.
We are proud to have expanded our business into Carol Stream and the surrounding neighborhoods with our newest pizzeria, Pizzeria Di Maria. Our family tradition of quality products and commitment to the communities we serve will continue to be the key ingredients to our success.

Regular customer who orders from here every week. This will be the last week! Placed an order at 5:27pm. Rec’d text at 6:15 that pizza was out for delivery. 10 minutes later called the restaurant as pizza still not delivered. Was informed pizza was out for delivery. Waited another 10 minutes and called back. Told the driver just left 10 minutes ago and should be at the house shortly. Hmmm, math does not add up, but okay. This is 6:35. Pizza FINALLY arrives at 6:57, a full hour and a half after it was ordered and 42 minutes after I was informed it was out for delivery. Oh, did I tell you we live 5 minutes from the restaurant? Pizza came in luke warm and when seeking a refund, was told the pizza was delivered on time and I would not receive a credit of any sort!!! Nice!!! Worst customer service ever!! Guess keeping the customer (regular at that) happy is not part of their policy.

Great pizza place. They cooked the pizza perfectly, a good sauce to cheese, to toppings ratio, and if I had to guess the dough is at least a 24 hr ferment, which allows the dough to rise and have a nice crust, not doughy. I will definitely order from here again!

This place has gone down hill this past year. The chicken vesuvio use to be my favorite. Last three times it’s been a breaded chicken with what appears to be just olive oil. The potatoes seem to be reheated left overs. I won’t order from here anymore.

Only good thing I can honestly say is the cashier was polite. I tried this place because of ‘the hype’. Got a pan pizza. It tasted very bland. Sauce was very dull and tasteless. Also, it was very thin so I did not get much of it. Sadly, just a tasteless pizza, except for the cheese. For the price of the pizza, it is not worth it. I feel like I got very ripped off. Unfortunately, first time customer and that will be my last. There are many other great options.

Had a pizza party for my teams at work. Placed order in advance and everything was smooth. Owner even took 15% off my order. Pizza arrived on time and the delivery guy brought pizzas in and helped us setup. Let me say Pizzeria Di Maria’s pizza is top 3 pizza in the area. Pizza’s were loaded with cheese and toppings and it was good. What I like about Di Maria’s is they are not cheap with cheese and toppings. The pizza came fresh and hot and the owner even threw in a free 18″ and didn’t even tell us. We over ordered and are teams smashed these pizzas like it was the last supper.

Pizza was very average arrived luke warm. The Chicken Parm disgusting. The chicken was rubber, the sauce was bland and tasteless. The dish was not even edible (and it was on special). Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you. This place is horrible. Oh and the driver was late and was not able to find my house. Could not speak english so it was impossible to direct him. Wow So Bad. The only reason im giving 2 stars is the drive was at least appologetic and kind.
