It’s a small place but there is also outdoor seating. The woodfired pizza is perfectly crispy and they offer locally sourced vegan cheese. Pictured is the veggie primo, I’ve added cherry peppers and vegan cheese. I also highly recommend the Nashville Buffalo Cauliflower!

Stopped in for a family dinner and left completely satisfied. Staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Great brick oven pizza that offers some good specialty pizza choices. Had leftovers the next day and the pizza reheated in the toaster oven great also. $$ is comparable to all other local spots in Newark and the pizza is better. Highly recommended!!!

Local celebrity chef Robbie Jester owns this place. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and a very giving person, always helping the community. His food that he makes beyond pizza is amazing. He also offers private catering and chef services with some amazing foods. The guy can cook great food, that’s for sure. I don’t go for pizza, I go for amazing food he makes above that.

Ordered 16 inch pies. It’s basically the 12 inch pies with more crust and less toppings for more money. The bottom was burned while the tops were left not cooked. The dough was still raw in the middle.

As purveyors of pizza, our 12 years of pizzeria dining has included all of Deleware’s top rated pizza joints. One evening, we decided to try something new and went for dine in and found this incredible gem. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a “la bianca” pizza, and an order of wings…everything was not only delicious, but presentation was on point and looked absolutely mouthwatering. They have a beautiful wood fired oven that gives the pizza its uniquely artisan look and taste. The ingredients used are clearly fresh and asthetically pleasing and their house made buffalo sauce is simply unmatched. The menu is simple, yet contains everything that you might be craving from a pizzeria (plus a few delightfully unexpected items!) They have clearly made the most of the space they have to work with and their staff is always friendly and accommodating. Since our first chance encounter, this has been our weekend kickoff takeout for over a year, and we don’t intend to change that any time soon. Hands down beautifully executed, lovingly crafted by individuals with culinary passion. They have won our patronage and deserve a place on Deleware’s best; keep it coming!

Drove about 15 miles cause we had a hankering for a decent slice. You’d be surprised how hard that is to come by in and around Wilmington. This place had seemingly positive reviews. Ordered Buffalo wings and spicy Italian pie. Wings weren’t sauced and pizza was overly cheesy and undercooked. Looked like a cool vibe inside. Was pretty late in the evening so will just chalk it up to them wanting to get out of there. Womp!

As a New Yorker, I have high standards when it comes to pizza. VERY high standards. I go to UD, and have been to about 15-20 pizza places throughout Delaware during the course of my college career. The worst have been horrific, the best, passable. Until I went to Pizzeria Mariana. It’s an unassuming building. The service is good, but it’s a pizza parlor so I’d be crazy to ask for anything spectacular. But the pizza? Oh man. This is the Tony Stark of pizza. This is The Beatles of pizza. This is seriously good. Not only is it the bomb, I have no doubt that they could not only survive in NYC, but THRIVE. Thank you so much for operating this place. It reminds me of home, and is just as good (if not better.) The Margharita, the Besto Pesto? 10/10, MUST VISIT. The meatball app is also heavenly. Keep it up, we love you.

Local college hangout. Fantastic pizza!! Wood fire oven makes all the difference. Garlic knots with cheese were great too. Looks like they have a lot of specialty pizzas and American fare appetizers. The place could have been cleaner especially a mop. But in fairness, it was the end of the night.
