So tried Posto today and wow that’s some good pizza with plenty of parking in lot behind. The menu is limited to some appetizers salads and pizza and 1 dessert but ended up getting their pistachio pizza and a margaherita pizza. The spot is very nice and looked clean. The staff was nice but was hard to tell who works there as our waiter was wearing a tee shirt with khaki shorts and the female waitress was wearing a shirt with some jacket over it and pants with no one wearing like a shirt with the name of the place nor uniform. Other than that food was great and I will be back.

Very nice spot, exposed pizza oven, chill bit upscale vibes. The margarita pizza was amazing and had some of the freshest basil on top. The char from the oven and crunch was phenomenal, Highly recommend.

Always enjoyed the pizza from the Rhinebeck location, this one holds the same high standards and delicious flavors. The pizzas are definitely meant as more of a personal size, and may be hard to share and be filled, but the flavor from the woodfire oven are unmatched and worth ordering multiple per table.

Pie was one size only, cost over $25 but was equivalent in size to a personal pie at a normal pizza place. Entire pizza was probably not much larger than 1 1/2 slices at a local NY style joint. Crust was tough and dry. Pizza lacked flavor despite having aromatic toppings like basil and garlic. Makes for a good photo, not for a good meal. Disappointing first impression.

I have had pizza here on several occasions. On one occasion the pizza was a little over cooked because of the extremely high temperatures of the brick oven. The chef I believe his name is Michael had such a kind generous and wonderful resolution I was beyond impressed. When I stopped back on another occasion to get a redo on the pizza he actually cooked me a second one at no charge. This was way beyond my expectation but I really appreciate the fact that he did it because I was able to share it with other family members. My thought was like who does things like this today? But he did it so kindly and genuinely it made a lasting impression on how to do a business right. The pizza is world class lots of flavor and great quality ingredients. Brick oven style if you like it that way. This location is close to her house and has become a favorite choice for us. Thank you Michael and the wonderful team you have in the new Eastdale location
