I found this place because of talk on a foodie forum and I was not disappointed. The Bianca pizza was delicious. Many times this type of pizza has no flavor, but his was wonderful. We added spinach and tomatoes which I highly recommend. We also tried the gluten free pasta which was delicious. You are able to choose your protein and sauce so I had shrimp with vodka sauce. I ordered a sausage, pepperoni and mushroom Stromboli that I ate the next day and it was excellent. Everything we had was great and service was good as well.

Had an absolute blast at Pizzeria Roberti. The owner Joseph was extremely inviting and answered any and all questions we had. Learned a little but about the way the dough and cheese are made and it definitely shows in the end product. The food was great and the dough ends up almost like an artisan bread which makes for great crust and garlic rolls. They make in house mozzarella which is delicious.

I knew the pizza was going to be good walking in, but the reviews don’t do this place justice. The pizza was amazing! Crispy on the bottom & delicious at the top. The owners were extremely friendly and I felt at home. I got the braised short rib and I will be back to try others!

Pizza was not what we ordered. Meat lovers had only what appeared to be shredded beef no other toppings. The 2nd was to have white sauce but came with red sauce. Will not be going back again! Picture is of the meat lovers….

New to Florida, and needing to find a NY Pizza place, we gave Pizzeria Roberti a try. It’s a nice little spot tucked away in a small shopping plaza, and on a Friday night, actually wasn’t very busy. I think people must not know about it yet. No beers on tap, but some bottles available, including a couple from Orlando Brewery; always nice to have local options. The soda fountain is Stubborn Sodas, a nice all-natural, no HFCS brand. The root beer was really heavy on the vanilla, which I like, but others might not. The pizza sauce was excellent, and the cheese (we had extra cheese – a free option on their “simple” pizza) was great, too. I just didn’t care much for the crust though – it tasted almost like a sourdough crust to me, and I’m not a fan of sourdough. If it weren’t for that, this would probably become our go-to pizza place; as it is, I’ll probably have to keep looking. Still, the overall preparation of the pizza was excellent, and very much in-line with “NY Style”. This is more a case of it just being not my style, instead of being bad food. And like I said, I really enjoyed the sauce and cheese. If you’re looking for NY Pizza in the south, definitely try Pizzeria Roberti.

Pizzeria Roberti is one of the best pizza places around. I have visited multiple times and the food is always fresh and delicious. You can tell they take great pride in their ingredients and serving up quality pizza. They even make their own dough! Staff is always friendly and most times when dining in house the owner himself comes to see if we enjoyed everything and chat a bit. You don’t get experiences like this anymore . If you haven’t already, Go visit Pizzeria Roberti!

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pizza was so good! We ordered a pepperoni and and a cheese pizza for our household (mom, dad and four kids). Sauce was great, crust was crispy and just the perfect amount of cheese. We ate them both with nothing left to box up for home!

I ordered the Margherita and the braised short rib specialty pizza. Picked it up and when I got home to enjoy my delicious pizza, the braised short rib pizza wasn’t there! Gave them a call and they were super apologetic about the mistake. I own a business too and mistakes happen, but it’s really how you deal with the mistake that earn your customer’s loyalty. They offered to make me a new one! I came and picked it up, brought it home and enjoyed the pizza. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be back!
