We had to order a large coffee and hot chocolate catering order from this location and I couldn’t have possibly asked for better service! On top of that, everyone told us the hot chocolate was to die for, so if you haven’t tried it yet, please do! Will definitely be going back for any orders we need in the future!

I absolutely love their coffee! As with any coffee chain you’ll have young nice kids and rude kids behind the counter but doesn’t even take away from the taste! Amazing

First, let me start with I love PJ’s. I have been drinking PJs coffee for over 30 years. Granitas everyday.. (I know, I have a granita problem. Lol)Maple st was my preferred location until the last few months. My granitas are never correct. The consistency nor the flavor. I hoped it was just one offs but this morning I decided to give them another try since I was next door at the Patisserie. This was the worst yet. I really hope this is just bad staff and gets corrected. For now I will continue to drive further out for my coffees. I will try to add the pic of what they gave me. Coffee colored at bottom light foam look top half. I hope they get this corrected soon.

The rudeness of one heavy set black lady with massive fake eyelashes was mind boggling. She was incredibly nasty right from the start.

This is the most community-centered coffee shop in all of New Orleans. The customers here, many of which who’ve been going to PJ’s since the 70s as children, all get to know each other and enjoy one another’s company. Over delicious cold brew and under a great atmosphere, people chit chat, do homework and organize meetings here on any given day. The greatest coffee shop around.

Nice relaxed space friendly service and my coffee was good – did request not to overfill the cup so as to get a good dark coffee kick. Good internet access too if you are working remotely

Sub par coffee. BUT, since it’s not over priced it’s kind of fair. I always get the iced coffee black because if you add milk it barely has a coffee flavor. If you want a quick cup, go here. If you want a good cup, go elsewhere.

I have been going to this PJs for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always so kind and they are dog friendly so my (human and dog) social pup is always excited that he is able to come with me! I’ve almost always ordered a mocha granita or a regular granita (which are both excellent choices!) but I’ve also had hot and iced vanilla lattes and they were delicious.
