I visited PK’s on a Saturday evening with a group of 10+ women from an entrepreneurship program in Lincoln. We were privileged to hear the business’ story from Misty, Genni, and staff and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their journey. After a fruitful conversation, we ordered up a range of food options that did not disappoint. Appetizers were out instantly and hot plates for 10+ followed in less than 15 minutes, even with a crowd. The food was accurate, delicious, and a great value. Prime rib, shrimp, and BBQ ribs come highly recommended from our crew. And don’t forget a slice of pie. A big shoutout to the PK’s team that served us. The place was poppin’ by the time we headed home, so you know it is worth the trip. We will be back!

Our group of 6 stopped here for lunch during our trip from South Texas to South Dakota. We were met with smiling faces and thick Midwest accents. We thoroughly enjoyed the home-cooked meals, fast and friendly service and faith based decor. This was the perfect small town Midwest diner experience.

The spinach & artichoke dip is amazing. I order it for my meal because it’s the best and comes with fries tortilla wedges and salsa. The bleu cheese dressing beats the other local (within an hour drive) restaurants. You get a free dessert for your birthday. I loved the cherry cheesecake, my kids prefer the malt (huge) and sour cream and raisin pie. Very clean, staff is attentive and friendly. My 6yo asked how they get the shrimp and the waitress didn’t know but found a video and left her phone at the table for him to see how it’s sorted and frozen to come to us in Nebraska.

Ordered medium rare prime rib…..got a medium well, cold and firm prime rib…..dam near complete opposite of tender…..was told after the fact I wouldn’t get medium rare at this point even though my my fiance got a medium rare prime rib…..however her’s was dry and not tender…..her baked potato was over cooked and corn undercooked very disappointed….and probably will not come back a zero star for this visit…waitress was a 4 star she is awesome…only thing good about this visit….

Food was not cooked all the way, had to send fries back then the were double dipped, Food took forever!! Some food didn’t get out till we were getting ready to leave.. Sorry but not impressed at all.
