Extremely rude when picking up my online order. Your sign says take out. So what means I am to go into the establishment. Was rudely spoken to and told I was not allowed into the store when there is no si GB n stating such. Then when I was approached by the male employee he just puts his hand out for me to give him my form of payment. Then when I get home one of my orders only has 9 wings in it when I ordered 10 and also the portion of onion rings I normally get was much smaller than usual. This isnt the first time my order was short in the sense of chicken. I’ve ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich in the last and barely had the size of one chicken tender on it. For the amount of money I paid you would think there would be what you would assume a fare amount. I understand that the chicken is bell and Evan’s so the wings are small and that’s not what I’m referring to. Your employees need to be more polite and friendly along with making sure there is some sort of quality control. Considering each wing is basically $1 its important that your customers get what they pay for.

As the other review stated… I wish I could give a NEGATIVE stars. My brother an I walk in eager to order some wings looking at the menu. About 10 minutes passes by (in the front of the line almost empty store) and the man in the picture included had still not spoken, looked or even acknowledged our presence. Not until another few minutes of us standing there saying “hello can we order our food?” did he still not look up or say anything to us. Instead he PRETENDED TO BE ON THE PHONE PLACING AN ORDER ON A REGISTER THAT WASN’T EVEN ON. All while the cooks stared at us and the delivery driver was sitting on his phone with food to be delivered sitting there with him. I will be speaking to the BBB, corporate, Yelp and whoever else i must speak to, because I hope this poor service wasn’t because we were two black men that entered (with an empty store and two groups of people already eating) and were refused service. We left and never got to order our food…

We order from this Planet Wings location pretty often & always have it delivered.. We always order the same thing, 20+ wings & chicken quesadillas with the curly fries. Lately the delivery time has been extremely fast. Last night they said 35 min & were here in literally 10 min. I was extremely impressed with how fast they got here. Only thing is there were no curly fries, apparently the employee who took my order wasn’t completely paying attention, we were not charged for them, but it was disappointing. So I called back just to let them know, mistakes do happen, and then 15 min later the delivery man Kenny was back at my house with 2 orders of curly fries & a 2 liter bottle of iced tea. It was extremely nice of them to go out of their way to do that, I’ve never seen another place do that. Definitely happy with their service & promptness of their delivery time lately.

Normally, my order is usually correct. I placed an order today, waited in the store for my order and they are missing a Dino Nuggets order that I paid for and have not been answering the phone for the past hour. I felt terrible because my niece had her food and my nephew had nothing to eat and I’m out $7. Losing money is never fun but the fact that my nephew thinks I didn’t bring him anything sucks.

I wish there was a negative star option. I have never dealt with such a horrible place. We placed an order at 5:28 on a Saturday night ( I was promised a 35 to 45 minute delivery time)and at 7:26 the food still is not here. We called the place at least 12 times and was told the driver was on their way. I finally demanded that I wouldn’t pay for it. All the place does when they do pick up the phone is claim to call the driver. The food arrived FINALLY at 7:30. It was cold and soggy and gross. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Ordered $41.08 of wings for delivery. Got email order on the way. After 45 minutes I called. Was told he had 4 orders. Called 2 times and was told to hold on. Both times hung up on. 3rd call I cancelled order. Driver was out for 1 hour with food in car. Called again and he told me the wings would not be cold sitting in car for 1 hour. I was shocked. No “I’m sorry” Like its my fault. Lost a regular customer.

Ive ordered from here multiple times and never had a major issue except maybe one time i waited a little over an hour for my food. That being said, that was the only time and i just ordered last week in fact. Try the gyro, it was pretty good!

Wings joint that not only offers wings but burgers, salads, tenders and sandwiches. Has a wide selection of sauce flavors from mild to hot. Wings were crisp but was disappointed with the Mango Habanero since it wasn’t hot at all.

Sadly, they have struck out pretty much every time we order. They are not equipped to do delivery. You will end up waiting hours with not so much as a phone call and then some cold wings.
