There is a 3% processing fee you will not be told about. You will be told a price and billed another price. When asked the man at the register said rudely you should read it’s right there. I will never buy again. Very unprofessional service. I’m not feeling for this food anymore. After this customer experience I’m doubting the quality of any other service.

I ordered food for my cousin who is very sick. I live in Chicago. I ordered for delivery which is a $5 charge. Her friend went to pick up the food because they said it would take 45 minutes and she was hungry. Planet Wings still charged my card the delivery fee, even though they did not deliver the food. I spoke with the obnoxious store manager Anthony, who was flat out rude. He has no customer service skills at all. I will never buy from this store again and l will encourage my family and friends not to eat there . They are robbing people to make a living, That’s what’s wrong with this world. People will do whatever to get over on others, then when they go off they are considered the crazy one. He could have at least refunded half of the fee to show he had some type of customer service. I wish l didn’t have to give him 1 star smdh.

Ordered 6 meals for delivery which took more than one hour to arrive (contrary to the 45 mins they said). A soda was missing but they still charged me for it, a very high prize for each meal. The wings were too small, they’re just the tip of the wings. The delivery guy asked to come to his car to get my food, which wouldn’t have been a problem if he didn’t park two streets away from my apt. The guy who took my order was very rude. Overall, terrible service would not recommend.
