Love the food!!! All the nutrition information is on the label! Perfect for knowing exactly what you get and for a great price! I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Super fast, many options in the case every day I always stop in before work for breakfast and lunch/dinner! Online system is super simple too. The owners Matt and Steve were very helpful when i had questions. Love this place!!!

I recent moved to the East Haven area and came across this place. I have a busy schedule and wanted to get back on a low carb healthy cooked meals so I decided to try this place. It is actually one of the best meal prep services I have tried so far. I can order daily or every three days since they cook everyday. I also like the fact there is not a specific amount to purchase, I can order 2-3 meals if I wanted to. Fresh tasting meals and the salads are amazing. Everything is truly fresh and I haven’t disliked any of the meals I have tried so far. I like the fact the veggies are cooked without any seasoning so I can my own. East Haven pick up store is very clean and friendly staff. Pick is a breeze!

Very convenient and reasonably priced for some items. The steamed vegetables are much closer to raw than steamed and the seasoning on the proteins is either completely bland or nothing but cumin. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup and might try some other soups in the future. I think for now I will hold off on the other items until some of my suggestions are implemented.

I’ve had a great experience with Platinum Prep so far. The meals are easy to search and purchase on their website. The food is delivered on time and with care. Since I am sometimes not home for delivery, it is always left in a safe location. ( thank you Alicia)

This place is fantastic. The meals are fresh and organic, non gmo. The staff and owner are always kind and helpful. It’s amazing to be able to get swordfish and tuna nicely prepared and healthy! The hassle and cost and time is completely worth it to get these meal preps, a lot of people think they don’t want to spend the money—but it makes so much sense!
