My first time coming here. I am close by so it’s very convenient for me. I wanted to give it a try and I am glad I did. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the banana base it’s so creamy and delicious. I would be fine with a bowl of that if I could get it next time I loved all the toppings I just switched the walnuts for sliced almonds. It’s great that they don’t charge to do that which is always helpful. My mom loved hers she loves coconut. It is big enough to eat or share with two people. I will come again soon.

Talk about a delicious breakfast, lunch or for dinner and it’s all healthy on top of that. The discounts are great if you become a member which is easy. But even without a discount, the prices are easy on the pocket. Really reasonable. I’m hooked. LOL

REDEEMED! A HUGE SHOUTOUT/KUDOS TO THE OWNER. Marlton Location has been redeemed! My partner and I stopped going here after being regular/loyal customers for an average of 2 years throughout multiple Playa Bowl locations. We stopped going after we consistently received bad service and bad execution of menu items on multiple occasions. Then with the staff providing no customer service what so ever. We were understanding for a long while that people are human and make mistakes, they can have a bad day. Then we had enough after going to both Cherry hill and Marlton locations and encountering no customer service what so ever and not being provided with what we ordered such as missing ingredients or making the incorrect juices and being denied our request to have them fix our order time and time again. I went in on 4/21/2023 after not going since November 2022 and decided to see if the voices of the customers that regularly invest in this place have been heard. Much to my surprise, I entered the Marlton location and was immediately greeted which had not happened before. I was asked if I had any questions about the menu items and much more. The energy upon arrival was one I had not experienced before. I ordered a power bowl, a Mermaid fuel, a dang smoothie and 2 beet juice repairs. The order and service was smooth from start to finish. In the past I had waited about 40 minutes or so just for 2 juices. This time it was much faster. I truly thank the owner for this entire experience. I hope the location can keep it up and continues to provide the same service as I experienced yesterday, which was a first for me. I will continue to come if the same service continues. My order was given to me correctly, the portions were correct and as I observed the staff had put the correct and all recipe ingredients for the order requested. A great turn around. Thank you! You probably shouldn’t get a smoothie bowl here because they are ADDICTING. Best smoothie bowls with the largest variety in menu that I’ve been to. Was the perfect summer treat alternative to ice cream or water ice.

I was there today and wanted to take time to write this review. I went mid-afternoon, midweek and it got unexpectedly busy when I was there. The employee working and who I think was the owner worked especially hard to take orders and get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible. They were kind, professional, and apologetic about the wait (it wasn’t even that long of a wait). It was really nice to see a business operating like this. Many times in a rush you see employees/owners/managers get flustered – that wasn’t the case here and they handled everything so well. I go often and will continue to. The smoothies are always great!
