This was my first time visiting this playa bowl infact any play bowls and I was greeted with unacceptable customer service. The girl was so rude, had an attitude, knew we were waiting in line and she wasn’t even busy but didn’t take our order until 10 minutes later. When the order was ready, she threw the straws on the counter instead of politely handing it to us since we were present there or just placing it gently on the counter or cup. A little politeness wouldn’t hurt.

Recently the recipe for smoothies was changed and you now add less peanut butter. I think this is a bad move. Please reconsider. If not at least don’t charge customers extra for asking for the smoothie to be made the old way!

Used to come here 3 times a week for coffee after the new pet store with my dog . Went today. Now they don’t allow dogs. Left and went to Dunkin. Shame. Great cold brew. I know a lot of playa bowls that allow dogs. Girls that work there always told me to bring my dog in. Oh well. Lot of options in that shopping center now
