I’ve always loved playa bowls but can’t even describe the bad experience I had at the place last Saturday. The customer service and attitude wasn’t the best, but the worst part was that I found a long hair in my Bowl, I was disappointed and grossed out by it. It was too late to go and complain, but this unacceptable for the high standards Playa Bowls Holds. Management and Mr. Giuliani should be aware of and fix asap so it doesn’t happen again, Bowl went to the garbage so I’m expected to be contacted by management for a refund or a free bowl next time.

First time using the drive through…I waited 30 minutes in the drive through and saw the employees looking at me through the window, no help at all and not one person came to the window. Plus there were 3 cars behind me waiting as well. I’m not one to complain but that was ridiculous, i understand if it is busy but there were maybe 3 cars parked in the lot. If you can go to any other playa bowls go there and not this one !! The first time I came here I wasn’t greeted at all. The employees were sitting at a table talking and took about 5 minutes to even get up or even say hello. I ordered my 3 bowls which were ready in about 2 minutes. I looked at my bowls and one of them had almost no base in it while the others were missing the extra Nutella that I paid additionally for. After asking the employee to apply extra Nutella she proceeded to argue with me and say that there is already some on the bowl. When I told her I would like more she snatched it out of my hand and gave me an attitude. The second time I came here was no different than my first encounter. No one greeted my family and all proceeded to just stare. After receiving them, I looked at my bowls, and saw that one was almost half empty and my others just had none of the extra toppings I asked for. I had asked the employee for the extra toppings I had purchased and she then once again proceeded to argue with me. I understand if they were free and I didn’t have to pay for them but my bowl was $13 and to be given a half empty bowl is ridiculous. The service is awful and I work too hard for my money ti spend it at this establishment. I will not be coming back and instead go to the freehold location.

I’m a huge playa bowls fan. Frequenting the sea girt location on a weekly basis at least twice a week. I live closer to the brick location so I stopped in for a Nutella bowl. Not sure if these were frozen strawberries and thawed out and then put on top of my bowl.. or what.. but they were straight up mush. Tasted horrible. Soiled the whole taste of the bowl. Annoyed to say the very least. Probably will not ever visit this location ever again.
