SO good!!! I love the fact that Playa Bowls has different base options! Especially the mango Love the atmosphere also! I drive 35 minutes each way for one of these and I’m not even sorry about it. I just wish we had one closer so I could go more often!

Very cool place with a great atmosphere. Clean and friendly. It’s a slightly noisy environment due to the music and loud blenders so not a good place to hang and converse. It took a while for them to make the food as well because everything is made to order and fresh. The prices are a little high but the ingredient quality is on point. Awesome mix up from your normal eating joints.

They have a few kinks to work out. The wait time is typically long and the employees dont seem to work efficienty. My bowl was excellent. It was large enough for 2 meals but did not save well, so I ended up tossing it.

I’m really impressed by the place. This place gives me vibes of actually being at the beach. The smell of the place is incredible. Very clean and organized on the inside. It is also beautifully decorated. As for the food, I’d give it 10 stars . I had the banana blend and acai mixed. It really tasted amazing. This is a must-have!!! Everything was very fresh and prices are reasonable.

Stopped here to eat quick while on the road and it was as good as expected. The bowls are bigger than they look online and they taste amazing!! I got the pura vida bowl, and the fruit was fresh and crisp. Definitely worth the money!

I come here about once a week and every time I have a good experience. I just love the atmosphere! The music and vibe of the place just makes you feel happy the second you step in. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. Two of the staff members, Ashley and Lindsey were very knowledgeable when I had questions about the different bowls. They encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try a new favor. I was not disappointed!

The bowls here are really delicious! I have liked every one I’ve tried. I’m only giving 3 stars because of the service/online ordering. It takes 20+ mins for your order to be ready/made in store if you go in person, which is extremely slow in my opinion. It is nice to have the mobile order option. However, they keep shutting off their online ordering which is so inconvenient.

Loved it at the Jersey beaches, and love it even more when its local. Refreshing. Update: Only negative thought is that most of their business appears to be carry out, so for those that dine in, the music can tend to be a bit too loud. It is a fun atmosphere where many of the customers are young, but I love music in a serious way too and understand it’s place in creating a fun space. I just think a few less db’s wouldn’t hurt. Trust me, it won’t keep me from returning. We love our Playa Bowls!!!

The food was fresh and delicious. I’d call this more of a healthy desert option than a meal restaurant though. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area felt doable even though it was quite full when we were there. I’d recommend staying away from the items with peanut butter or chocolate if those are your typical favorites because the flavors are much less sweet and more muted, although decidedly healthier. The restaurant had a fairly nice sound system as well – I’m pretty sure there was a sub tucked away somewhere that bolstered the lower tones and got people in line dancing while they waited.
